one word: EXCELLENT!!
Never expected anything like this... far, far beyond any ideas I had.
My Big Goal is to have my "O." apart and back together again to tow out to New Mexico for 2011!
Thank you for the overwhelming generosity, helpfulness and friendliness. I feel that I have made some lifelong friends and hope to meet many of you again- out on the road, happily traveling :-)

This rally would not happen without the support of our vendors
Area 63 Productions - what can I say - this rally would not happen without their support - the president of the company himself brings a work in progress trailer to us and its really great to see how you can take an old trailer and see what it become - those guys are just amazing in what they do. They give their time freely at the rally and so its a great opportunity to actually talk to the expert.
Vintage trailer supply - they have been our major sponsor since we started this rally - they have donated all kinds of items
Inland Rv - they donated some very special items - along with the Airstream related items, Andy donated a couple of items that have really special meaning in that we would not be able to have the rallys and freedom had it not been for our Vets - during the rally Pee Wee gave a heartfelt speech that gave us all pause and thankfulness that we live in this great country - Andy's gift was especially meaningful in this regard.
Airstream Life - donated a book that Pee Wee signed - this was a really special gift that I'm sure will be treasured forever.
The Shady Lady - very cool vintage awnings
Jesco products - again has been with us since the beginning - make your trailers shine!
And others - like Camping World, Master Tech Rv, Best Converter and many others who really support this rally.
Thank you all who supported this rally....
If you missed this rally - you really missed a great learning opportunity - we will continue to grow and hope to further showcase these venders.

Haven't written the article yet, but will send you the URL when I post it. Great to get rid of the dents in the top of our AS Motorhome. We are camped near Cimarron NM for a while, and we won't be back to Denver until the end of July. Will keep you posted.

Just a few pics from the rally.
Here's a few pics at the rally, this one trailer caught my eye, looks great and the details were right up my alley. I have started my window work, armed with just enough info to order tools, pull rivets and hope to have my two new side forward "oval" port windows in next week.
Oh, thats Anthony, neighbor and buddy on day three, full of AS data and technique savvy...
Now, is that parabond or vulkem under the frame, huhhhh.

Does anyone have contact info that they can PM me for Luke Bernander in Ft. Collins, CO? He was the presenter on the axle brake class. My AS is at the shop getting new brakes and they tell me that there is no one that has new seals for these old axles! HELP!

Help! After thrashing around all summer I just discovered that my rivet kit is missing. The last place I saw it was at the rallyl. I haven't checked with any of the usual suspects yet, so if anyone has seen this little prize, please let me know. That's my whole stock of hard rivets... I think it was the hard rivets...
This is not it, but it looks exactly like this. This one has nutplates, screws, and odd ball rivets.

When we cleaned up, I didn't see anything like that - I would suspect if anyone has it it would be Kip or Uwe may have packed it with their stuff by mistake.

I checked in the studio, but do not have it. However, I left my Flying Cloud in AZ, and some stuff from the Rally is still in her. I can ask Steve to rifle through and see if it's there.

If you're referring to the lost rivet box, that would possibly in Arizone with Steve..not in the Overlander that's at Enchanted Trails. Sheesh, I have trailers all over the place..

Uwe, you DOG! It's like finding Waldo! I have to admit, pic two was hard to spot... but I see it! Zep.. you've found your "culprit"!
I volunteer to drive down to CA and observe the subject....
Kidding of course, but I'd love any excuse to visit Uwe, and then see Zep on the return. Heck, I'd like to see France and Kip too!
