Today is March 1st - if you want to attend, you need to let us know pretty quick as the Fiesta requires our deposit in Feb (which they have let us extend to March) - I will like last year hold them off as long as I can, but reservations are apparantly running ahead of last year, so may not be able to get a spot after 4/1

We are also really excited and look forward to attending and meeting everyone. We also want to join the 4CU as Associate Members ... will be working with Terry on that. Now I'm on the search for a Honda or Yamaha 2000 generator. Uggggg ... so expensive and have not got "permission" to purchase. I'm thinking I'm going to have to find the best deal, purchase it and then seek forgiveness.

Those of us who live in Albuquerque have all seen the balloons over the years, but until you roll out your trailer door and see 700+ balloons take off right in front and all around you, you don't realize how spectacular the fiesta is. Then on Monday when a lot of folks leave, the balloons land all around you. It AMAZING!
That alone is worth the price of addmission - when you add to it the little parade we do to come into the park, the fireworks - the BURRITOS! and the fellowship with fellow FCUers and non FCUers - Airstreamers and non Airstreamers AND - not to mention the joy of seeing the massive traffic jams that you will not be in....
Well, it just does not get any better than that... makes you realize - LIFE is GOOD!

We will be fulltimers with no sticks and bricks (effective 3-31-10) and after the Picacho rally new years eve..we would not miss being with the 4CU for another rally...
Carroll and Paula Shores
and of course Peabody and Phoenix the "englis cockers" will be there...

Susan and I will both be able to make it to another (2nd one) 4CU event and this one should be spectacular!! Check ($170) will be in the mail tomorrow (March 10). We'll both be retired so we can do long trips any time during the year.....Yeeeehaaaaa!!!

At the end of October we'll be in Kernville with the CAStreamers. Airstream traveling again.
