This is just wayyyyy to good.

I'm going to talk to the judges about the mental part of the pagent. We need to decide if talking to oneself on the Airstream Forums should add or take away points. Just so you folks know Mike=ScrapIrony-2.

So back to TTQ - I don't know, Mike I understand there is some really major compitition out there.....The prize list is really attracting all kinds of contestents.

Ken,
There's a term for ousting royalty after placement, but I never had to know it...should I be looking in Webster's or rallying the royal guard...?

Mike

Our balloon rally master of the english language is Uwe - perhaps he may have a good word to describe royalty.

Well, one can dethrone or depose of a monarch.

But more usually, we like to talk about the punishment phase. Most seem to want to talk about guillotining, but I personally prefer defenestration!

Oh, I'm not sure that defenestration out the window of a Safari or so would be much of a punishment. More of a mild thud, probably ameliorated (for the victim) by a bottle of Shiner Bock.

But, then, those who really deserve defenestration would be those in charge of the WBCCI, and then we're talking about tossing somebody out of the lofty heights of an Airstream motorhome window.

OK, I guess I'll have to go out, now, and buy a cake...

Defenestration...sounds a little too much like something that would make me an alto...OUCH!!!

Uwe, I hope you have kinder words...

Ah, ain't that bad. Defenestration is just throwing somebody out of a window, a tradition started in early 15th century Prague. Of course, they threwing undeserving tyrants out of windows from a couple of stories up, not out of an Airstream window.

One also needs to remember what they landed in.

Ttq

OUR TTQ has been in exile in Quartzsit all winter. But before you throw him out a window, , or behead him, make sure you get the tiara back from him. That cost BIG $$$$.
