Last year we caught up with a group from California when it was going through Flagstaff on I-40. We made a few stops along the way and spent the night before the Fiesta at the KOA in Grants, NM. The KOA was a great little park and the hosts were super. We should try and put something like that together again. Grants is about an hour from Albuquerque and the whole area was booked solid by the time the Fiesta rolled around. I am suggesting that we spend Thursday night at the same location this year. Does someone from the coast want to pick a spot for the night before. If Kevbo is going this year, Williams might be on the list...

Sounds great - You will like how we meet up on the west side of town and caravan into the Balloon Fiesta Park - its pretty cool - as long as the lead car doesn't pick the wrong lane again.... hmmmmm - Ohhh gosh that would have been me! We got 21 units in at one time - it was me in front, Jerry Heald in the back and we all were on the radio with my wife Ellyn a her car letting me know where everyone was - we all arrived at the same time - cool
This year since we have more, maybe we can have some coming from the east, some from west and we all meet at one time where I25 meets I40 - will see.

Damn!!!
Spend a month or two in the desert without email, and look what happens...another rally that people try to keep from you, just because they din't want to see you in a muu-muu(mu-mu?moo-moo?)...I declared myself a candidate in the trailer trash queen contest, and I'm already embroiled in politics I don't understand...if not too late(or offensively prohibitive), please count us in as partyicipants...my check is good, where ever it is...just tell me where to send it, and as long as it isn't Kevbo's address(I'm already committed to saving him a space next to/near to the cornhole court). That, however, is any rally in the future that involves cowboy-bar kind of activities. PLEASE!!! Count us in.

Hey Mike
You are in - but I'm in Durango under 5000 feet of snow and don't have my list with me, but don't I already have you on my list? I think you signed up when I sent notice to last years participants.
Yes I do remember that you wanted to be a candidate for FCU Trailer Trash Queen aka (FCUTTQ) - you had better start your politicing - this is a very high honor not just given to any ol trashy FCU trailer queen, hmmm there could be bribes going on here - gonna have to watch this VERY close.......
Ok so how do you pronounce FCUTTQ?

It's not how you pronounce it. it's how you hold your tongue...I hold mine with my thumb and forefinger...FCUTTQ is not an honor I would take lightly...just anyway I could...once again, I am NOT committed to strapless, unless that's what it takes...I do have principles...somewhere...I'll keep looking. mike

Ken,
I would never(NEVER) try to bribe anyone on spirits, alone,...are you telling me you don't like mad dog 20-20? I haven't been able to find Annie Green Springs for some time ,now, so my options(and yours) are somewhat limited.
Maybe a food thing, like BK Rewards, or the Mickey D card...? I want to bribe with style...mike

Ya know, there's a vintage '68 overlander at Oasis in Tucson...I believe the owners are motivated to sell...especially to anyone near 4CU...just ask us...

funny, so did I, but mine cost me $6...tracy thinks the investment was well worth it, and our dog is letting me sleep in the bed, again...

Did you get behind the ears? I couldn't for the 50 cent version - that was optional

I don't think driving through the car wash with the windows down on the TV qualifies as "taking a shower", but it does help....

Well, for $6, I really thought someone else should do behind my ears, but the lady just stared at me and the guy just laughed...it's so hard to find reliable help anymore.
