Those are great photos SilverRanger. I wish I could have been there to see the entire parade. Maybe the next time the International is on the East Coast. Thanks for sharing with us.

I only wish there was an opportunity to get a shot from a high elevation but everything is so flat and the Airstreams are spread out in different sections. If anyone has a special interest, or would like a specific picture, I'll do my best to get the shot.

We're having a really good time meeting new people and visiting friends from out current unit (WDCU), and our former unit (DelMarVa). It's our first International, and everyone associated with the rally has been very nice and helpful. As you may have guessed, it's hot here. Took a reading yesterday of 100.8 degrees, and today of 98.5 degrees in the shade. There seems to be plenty of electrical power for everyone so far, and we saw dozens of units arriving throughout the day.

Later. We're heading to the opening ceremonies.

Here are more pictures from the Rally!

The vintage parade was fantastic. We got a lot of great shots of the trailers entering the fairgrounds. The fairground complex here is unlike any other I've seen. It's VERY large and very modern and nice. WiFi is free in the main buildings, too.

Every evening we have a 'happy hour' under a couple of large trees near the vintage parking area. Everyone brings a snack to share and we have livations.

The vintage open house was saturday. It was a lot of fun seeing everyone's trailers on display and discovering new innovations people come up with.

Sunday evening visit

We drove down to Perry to walk around and visit friends who are spending the entire week. Lucky to have a cooling rain while we were there but the weather became more severe as the evening progressed.
Seeing all the Airstreams in one place was an experience.

Wish we could have seen more Forum members.
