Will be at Tres Rios River Ranch in Glen Rose, TX from March 28 through April 3, 2006. There was a prior region rally at Tres Rios (about 1992) and it was the best attended in years. The site is easily accessible from the DFW Metroplex.

Region 9 site
The rally was originally announced to be in Beaumont, but there were a bunch of broken committments on the Beaumont end and it was necessary to find an alternate site.
As the date approaches, I will stick this thread and add pointers to the daily schedule.
