Have no intention of arriving at the grave safely, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, throttle in the other, totally worn out and screaming
"WOO HOO, WHAT A RIDE!"
I know there are more than 15 forum members that are planning on attending this year's International! Let us know your'e going to be there so we can plan a forum get-together.

Even if we don't have a formal get together I'd love to meet other forum members. I'll be pretty easy to spot: Middle aged redheaded woman (all right, got some greying going on) with wine glass in hand wearing a "savewally" button. No trailer, flying in due to having limited vacation time, but plan to roam the rally parking areas looking for victims (oops, I mean fellow forum members).

Michelle,
I wondered when someone would pick up this thread again. We will be in the 30 Amp, Vintage section. Should be easy to find, I doubt if there will be another Jade Green 1977 Lincoln Continental there. We will also have a USA flag, California flag, Oregon flag and VAC flag flying. Drop by and say hi.

I am setting up a tour of the Country Coach Motorhome factory in Junction City, OR. Junction City is about 60 south of Salem, just north of Eugene on US 99. They want to limit each tour to 8-10 people, I was considering two groups in the early afternoon on Wednesday, June 28. I was also considering a tour of the King Estate Winery south of Eugene that morning, they open at 11 AM. Lunch would be in Eugene or near Junction City and the a tour at about 2 PM. So far I have 10 people who want to go.
Please let me know if you would like to attend.
Bill

You are already on my list Bill! Need to thank you in person for the lead on the five place flag brackets. As you can see from my Avatar I now proudly fly five flags (ok, one is the "drinking flag" which is not an approved WBCCI flag - "So what" is my answer to any stuffed shirts in the crowd.

There will be a group of Forum members at Silver Creek Falls State Park. If you want to come and visit us and the park.
We think it would be great if as part of the Silver Falls rally we could find a time to get together with forum members who are at international. We were hoping the vintage open house would be on the weekend so we could wander in and visit then, but last I heard they had scheduled it for during the week
There are currently 8 registered trailers for the Silver Falls Rally, July 1-4. There are at least 17 more spaces available. Any visitors are welcome. Visit www.oregonstateparks.org for maps to the park from Salem. We are in the group trailer site NFTRAA (North Falls Trailer Area A) approximately 4 miles from the main park area at South Falls. There may be a $3/day-use fee inflicted upon unsuspecting visitors, so car-pool! Our group will include trailers from new to early '60's and people in the same range. Pets are OK on leash. Skeptics and naysayers will be tolerated, but talked about after they leave. Our open house will last all weekend, but the best days would be Sunday and Monday. Hope to see some of you there. Darol
Do you have to have reservations for the International or can one just show up? Any caravans still or going to start en route? I am in Michigan, am checking the possibility of taking off Monday.
