Thanks Channing!

We have been very busy since we left the rally this morning, but wanted to give a million thanks to everyone who joined the group for the weekend. We had a great time with friends from previous rally events, and were happy to make a few more. Friday put all of us in the Wurstfest mood with a plethora of sausages from mild to wild, and there were some pretty outstanding side dishes as well...nobody left hungry. Channing brought his own special home brew bringing another choice. We're going to start needing a tap room as we had three varieties to choose from this time.

Special Thanks:

Rich-I really have to thank you for bringing his LED lighting system. It helped tremendously as it gets dark much earlier nowadays. You also brought the audiovisual set up as we had a movie playing of the big screen on Saturday evening.

Channing-Thank you for the Excedrin migraine, the assistance with having to rebuild my entire main bed, and for the hefty home brew that you provided. Your grill was helpful as well.

Chris-Thanks for bringing the above ground fire pit with wood, With all of the burn bans, we haven't had a "real" fire in quite some time!

Mary/Terry-Thanks for the fan you lent us for the weekend. I wouldn't have gotten a minute of sleep without it!

Thanks again to everyone for coming!

We had a great time. Wish we could have been closer to the group, live and learn. Wanted to give a great big shout out to Steve and Amy for getting us together. Met some great people this weekend. Really looking forward to our next outing. I am all for a monthly stream club

Thanks Steve and Amy! We enjoyed the rally, even if we were early to bed. We enjoyed the great food, and maybe too much beer. Oh well, we have all week to recover. Thanks again

Steve, thanks again for putting this together. My Dad was a last minute addition to our crew, but he had a great time with the event and the group. It was great to meet many new people. I'm sure we will cross paths again in the not-so-distant future. Keep an eye out for a yet unannounced Garner State Park Rally

We are bringing Apple / bacon blondes with an optional honey bourbon sauce. So who's bringing their lederhosen? Its supposed to be very cold.

We love going to Garner. We stayed at a private park last Thanksgiving across the river from Garner. It was wonderful.
