Also, for those who asked me to purchase group tickets, I went to the website to do so and I have to put the ticket holder's name on each ticket. For most of you this wasn't a problem, but for some of you I have not met...it is. Kindly send me your first and last name please so I can enter it and finish the transaction.

It's looking like I can't get off of work early on Friday and won't make it to the campsite until around 8pm. What time was the little shindig on Friday going down?

For identity protection purposes, you should probably send the name info by PM rather than posting it in the forums. Non-members can read the Forums, even though they can't post, and you don't know who out there is learning your name.

That's a bummer Colin. I had planned to start serving dinner at 7 because I figured everyone would be there by then. It wont be the same without bacon potato salad, but there will be plenty of sausage when you arrive!

No sweat. I'll bring some wine to share then.
On the bright side, saves me from having to clean up the aftermath of cooking a pound of bacon in the bambi, lol.

All is well and quiet here at the park. There are 3 attendees here currently sampling Channing's % home brew. A fourth attendee who has to work tomorrow dropped off his trailer to be ready for tomorrow's festivities.

We are going to bring a big fire pit with us. If anyone wants to bring some wood, please do! I have a bunch of cedar but only a little oak left.
Also bringing an adult Mac and Cheese side dish for dinner tonight.

Laurie, great bring it along. Fire pit loaded! I'll be leaving the fire pit in the gathering area for all to enjoy, wherever that will be. I am also bring a large table.
Looks like only on dessert coming so far, so might be a nice addition mistacolin.

Hey all...beautiful weather here at the park. Ive been workibg in fixing my main bed all day today with Channing's help. The two pony kegs have just arrived, and we are moving tables for dinner. The only dessert so far is cherry dump cake, so more is always good.
See y'all later!

It's a wet morning here this morning but at least it's a gentle rain. For those that have never been to wurst fest, a good deal of it is indoors if you choose but you will want an umbrella to get to that point. I believe that a good number of us our planning on being there sometime around 11 this morning.

According to the official Wurstfest facebook page, they claim the weatherman promised the rain to be over by opening.
