Western Women Silver Sisters 2010 Spring Rally
Hey Ho Silver Sisters~ Time to start planning our Spring Rally in California for March 2010! Last year's rally at Pismo Coast Village was so much fun I personally can't wait to see all of you again.
Let's start this discussion and get something on the books. Do we want to do to Pismo again? Does the first weekend in March work for everyone?
Please let me know what your thoughts are and I will get the silver ball rolling!
Two suggestions for change of location:
Wine Country RV Resort- Paso Robles http://winecountryrvresort.com/
Flying Flags RV Park- Buellton http://www.campingfriend.com/FlyingF...ile=Facilities

Meredith has chimed in and suggested Wine Country Rv Resort in Paso Robles for the weekend of March 20! Wine, antique shops and good friends!

March 20th sounds great to me - it's the first day of spring.

Oh, the first day of spring? How perfect. I can't imagine a better day to kick off the 4th annual silver sisters rally

Hi all, well I am going to try to attend this affair this year. I had to bow out last year, but my Safari is ready and willing to go. So am I. That date is fine with me.

Paso Robles
The weekend of March 19-21 is the 18th Annual Zinfandel Festival in Paso Robels. Red Zin is my favorite! Too early to start packing the traila?

Bummer! I called Wine Country RV Resort and they dont take group reservations for that weekend because of the Zinfandel Wine Fest, they only have a few spots left.

Ladies,
I miss this rally so much.... The closer to Montana you are the easier it will be for me. Spring break for me is March 29th to April 2nd. That includes two weekends. The rally would have to be mid or late weekdays for me to attend. So if it works out let me know.

Another option
I called the other Rv Park in Paso Robles ~ Paso Robles Rv Ranch ~ they do not have a website to check out but they do get good reviews on RVParkReviews.com. I spoke with Maggie and she said they can accomodate us for March 19-21, the cost would be $30 per night per rig which is much cheaper then the other park would have been.

Love to come...
Hi All!
I'd love to come.... but I'd love it if it were any weekend but the 19-21st because it's my Mom's birthday (83) ... My Dad just passed away this last week, and I'm now living in Kansas City, MO .... and only returning to the West Coast for about a week at a time to keep track of the youngins'
Looking forward to seeing all the Silver Sisters! (I'll need a break....)

As far as camping goes, Lake San Antonio is near Paso Robles
and has plenty of sites for all.
There are hookups and pull throughs and everyone can reserve their own.
We had a forums rally there a few years ago and it worked out great.
If I remember correctly, it's first come first served.
And there is a lake...
