There are two business meetings held every year....one in the spring and one in the fall. The spring meeting doesn't involve "hats" whereas the fall meeting is the more "formal" of the two meetings (with "hats") as that is when we install the new officers for the next year.

northeast vintage rally?
Just wondering if there's been any more talk about a New England (or northeast) vintage rally. I know that the Cherry Blossom rally is an annual thing, but I was thinking more along the lines of a summertime or holiday weekend rally when families with school age kids could come. Any rumors circulating?

There is a rally planned in July...see my post called "Summer Safari". Vintage trailers are welcome.

We are booked into site 82 at Watkins Glen SP from Sept 15 through 19 (four nights). We want to have plenty of time to see the sights we missed last time!

Getting closer.
Any other takers for the Glen? We'll either be in the Trade Wind or the Caravel. Who else can make it?

Yeah, hang around for another week!
Definitely check out the Corning Museum of Glass, about 20 minutes down the road. Awesome!
Take some time to browse the wineries and antique places.
Bring a canoe or fly-fishing gear if you are into either of those. You'll find some nice rivers nearby.
And definitely hike the gorge with your camera handy!

How about reposting all the info.... dates, times, place, contact numbers for reservations, etc? It just occurred to me we will in 'way up north in New Hampshire thorugh the 12th or 13, then ease our way on back west of the Mississippi.

Rally info
Here are the particulars. This is an informal get together "Forum Rally" You do the reservations, and just plan to meet there at the State Park for a get together with our Airstreams.
You can make reservations at:
http://www.reserveamerica.com/jsp/co.../newindex.html
The dates are Sept 16-17-18 but you are more than welcome to come earlier or stay later - I think Rich is staying through the 19th.

Yup, great idea! We were at the Glen back in May with 50 other trailers from another forum. Had a great time in a great Park.
