Fun, fun, fun!
Waking up (well one of us is anyway) on our last day. Time to pack up and leave and go back to the real world. Wish I only had a 22 minute drive! But then again, Corpus is not really that far.
Sean, Rhondi, Buddy and Susan. Thank you guys so much for inviting us all. What a wonderful time, and great to put faces to so many forum names I see every day.
I am recognizing a familiar feeling already though, it happened after Glenn Rose as well... I now have to look forward to the "trailer envy" demons that will be telling me "Go ahead, buy another one, it will be fun!"

Ahh well, time to step outside and take down the lights...See you all in Blanco!!

Yes, and a great time was had by all!! I just wish we had met Bruce about 20 minutes sooner before I tried to hack-saw my way into our AS. The third deadbolt lock some how got locked and when we arrived at the Roadrunner, we could not get in. Being somewhat newbies and never having this experience before, I was in the process of sawing the dead bolt. Bruce came by and reminded me that by going into the back hatch, we could lift the bed and be inside in just a minute. Another skinny member did this for us and we were in. Needless to say, I taped the deadbolt.

Food and new friends were everywhere. Thanks to Sean, Rhondi,Susan and Buddy for a great happening. Hope to do this again.

Bruce and I had a great time as well, and again, thanks to our hosts for everything, and a big THANK YOU to Bonnie for helping with the pizza on Saturday night. We did pick up the kitten before we left and Lyndon is doing just fine, ate like a pig and is at the vet this morning to be sure he is healthy enough to be put into our "general population" in the house. He may become our trailer kitty!! Wish we could see y'all before Blanco, but schedule may not permit. Hugs to all.

Surprised!

Well, we had a terrific time! Sean and Rondi are AWESOME!. They can really get things going and what a weekend they picked for great weather. Sean, tell Buddy and Susan thanks as well. They are some fine people.

We met some nice folks that we will see down the road and it looks like at Blanco as well.

Yes, they surprised me with a cake for my 51st BD. Attached is the pic. After blowing out the solar flare from all the candles that's what it looked like. The plot continues... but it was tasty. Thanks "Sasquatch"

Yes, Chuck, you can have 2 trailers, if Bruce and Rose can have 6.I'm sure Sky won't mind. You'll have yours and she and the pups can have theirs.

More Pics to come.

Well, we made it home and got unpacked. As promised, Skye already has those darned 'ol Halloween decorations all over our front yard!

What a wonderful time. Sure did enjoy all the fellowship and trailer talk. And can we forget the movie, "Long, Long Trailer?" Too funny... The extra day was well worth it. Good burgers and a gourmet dessert that should be on everyone's bar-b-que menu! (but since everyone wasn't there the extra day...ha ha ha on you)

Thanks for the pics Syd. Love the one with all the dogs, especially since I know that was only about half of them, and there were another half dozen or so cats lurking in the windows of trailers... (Streamers do love their pets)
Sure do wish we had of pic of you shimmying thru the storage compartment to open up the trailer door that had jammed. That was kinda funny to watch from the outside!

See you all in Blanco!

Looks like y'all had a super time! I knew that would be the case. Sorry we missed this one. Bruce, your wooden stream needs a shine! I hope all of you can make it to the Texas Piney Woods rally next month. More good times streaming in the next few months!

Guess it would have had to have been a video to get the full effect. legs pumping in the air, body twisting, banging noises...

yeah Top it sure does. Had to take the cabin as the Big Dog is in the shop for repairs as a result of two tires coming apart on the same side. Working on the 20' Argosy for now.
