Three Rivers Rally ~ March 13-15, 2015
Hello folks,
Wake up your Airstream from it's winter slumber. Let's get together for a very relaxed rally in Three Rivers, Ca. March 13th-15th 2015.
Sequoia Rv Ranch is a small, quiet campground on the shore of the Kaweah River about 2.5 miles from the town of Three Rivers.
10 full hook up sites have been blocked for us.
We'll have an appitizer meet and greet on Friday. Potluck dinner on Saturday.
No clubs, no dues, just call and make your reservation. Everyone is welcome. Feel free to do as much or as little as you like with the group. Get there early or stay late, it's up to you. Just have fun and listen to the sound of the river.
Visit their website to see the campground map:
http://www.sequoiarvranch.com/
Sites 22-31 are pull thru, full hook up sites. 26-30 are river front with full hook ups as well. #28 has a length restriction of 28 feet.
If you prefer a partial hook up site, they have a mobile 'honey wagon' and a dump site. There are shower facilities and wi-fi.
Please remember to RSVP on the rally calendar:

Edit - Just looked it up.... about 800KM. That might be bit far for a weekend.
Greetings
Does anyone know how far this would be from Yuma as we will be in the area around that time of year.
TKS

Yuma, AZ?
Are you coming from Yuma, Arizona? It would be a long haul to do in one day.
Three Rivers is outside of Visalia, CA, and about four hours north of Los Angeles off the 99 freeway.
Three Rivers is the southern gateway to Sequoia National Park.

Arcticfox,
Its about an 8 hr drive from Yuma. I live in San Diego and plan on attending next years rally. It's an easy drive and you will find that it was well worth the drive once you hear the river running by and/or see the beautiful Sequioas!
Cara, we will be rolling in on Sat and departing the following weekend.
Many thanks for coordinating this rally!!

Why didn't you throw out a couple of different weekends, so that more folks could come?

We're game- do you think the dates will change? If not, we'll go ahead and sign up with the campground.

Well, I figured if we are going to try to make this an annual gig, we should keep it on the same weekend each year. I'd have no problems changing it to the following weekend if it only meant that I had to change my reservation alone. I do know that a few folks signed up before they left. I'd hate to make everyone else change their reservation. And if we missed someone, they'd be showing up on the wrong date.
Peter, yes, everything is already set up with the campground. They are excited to have us back next year.
Also, November is a beautiful time of year in Three Rivers.

For the lady from Pennsylvania, Three Rivers is just outside of the southern entrance to Sequoia and King's Canyon National Park in California.

Hi folks, March, right? I thought this was in the late fall for some reason. If it is mid-March we could catch the end of it on the way back from spring training.

Yes, it's an early spring rally! Glad to hear you'll be joining us.
Currently, we're in Oceano. There's Bambi next door and a 50-something whale tail left out of here this morning. Speaking of whale tails, we saw many humpback whale breaching this morning. I've never seen that before so it was a real treat!
Cheers to all!
