Debbie,

Glad to see you and Craig as joining us. I knew we had him talked into it in November when we were having too much fun in New Braunfels! Looks like the shaded spots are pretty much gone from what you posted earlier, but there are spots still available up in the front of the park without shade. I suggest if folks want to camp that they take what they can get now and move into a shaded spot once one opens up through a cancellation (it happens every year).

Your rates are correct...aren't you glad we got a discount!

The girl told me there were only two spots left in the rally reserved when i made the reservation...gonna to call her tomorrow and make sure we are in the shaded area...if not will have to cancel...bringing Gabbi, so don't like unshaded areas when it's hot. I think I'm ok...but just want to make sure.

Debbie,

The overflow area only gets filled when they have booked all of the shaded spots. The overflow area has dull hookups, but no shade canopy. You will be just fine, but call just in case

Just got an email from the park.

We currently have 20 units booked and there are three spaces available for folks who want to join the fun in the "shade". Then it is bookings in the sun until spots open up.

Steve

We are in spot #226...I assume that is in the shade and near everyone else? I was a little leery of being on the end, but I'm sure we'll enjoy regardless. We are looking forward to our first trip to that area.

Debi and Jim,

This is actually one of the better sites. You are in the shade area, near the showers/bathrooms, back up to the greenbelt where we have campfires, and one of the closest to where the grub action happens. We are just a few doors down in 223!

Deb & Jim,

That's the site we had the last 2 years. You will love CenTex - great bunch of folks. Just sorry we can't be there, but will be out west in May.

Steve - When are you coming back to AirMidwest?

Sam, I will be in the midwest this Summer as we are going to be in St. Louis from June 29-July 9th. If you mean relocation...it may never happen.

So sorry we won't have you there this year.

Steve

Sorry you two will not be at this rally, but glad you're coming to Eureka Springs for Air Midwest Spring rally...for those of you who might be interested, check it out on the forum rally page...it is a great group of people too! My husband and I are hosting this time, so that is a new experience! Looking forward to warmer weather

Ah yes, I saw that you all decided to move the AIRMidwest Spring rally from Branson to Eureka Springs this year. Amy and I founded AIR Midwest and started the biannual Branson rally events back in 2006. Kani and Jack took it over when we moved to Texas, and then it has been rotating around since then. We do have plans to come back home one day and host it again. We are happy thought that others have taken to hosting the event. Maybe you can talk a few more people into coming down and joining us over that weekend!

Steve

Frenchy...it will be nice to see you again. Still have JB Weld on your phone? Your spot is in the shade.

We'd love to come! The distance is a bit far but it looks like a fun rally!

Brad, That would be great if you and Zel could come!

Also, Frenchy...looking forward to your jambalaya in either Eureka Spgs. or Texas!

Also Steve, I'd heard you all started Air Midwest, so yes, you need to come back and tell us the story!

We have always had Labs until 7 years ago we decided to try a small breed in a Boston Terrier. While Paige surely is a good dog (most of the time), nothing beats a lab IMHO....counting the days till we can get another!
