Well, we're booked into site F-8. Our site (F-10) is booked the whole month of May by somebody else! How rude! Didn't they know Springstream was coming?

I have requested Fri and Sat off, so I will have to wait for the official word.

I think we're going to miss the Springstream again, depending on Uncle Sam. If yes, I'll be wheeling and dealing another prime waterfront site.

And we'll be looking for another camping opportunity.

We might like to try Cascade Lake-do you know when you are going? We use to live about 3 miles from there and miss it!

My buddy Lanny is going to pull his 1955 Wally B. Holiday up for the weekend, I think my 1955 Cameo will be out of the shop by then so maybe I will pull my new toy up with it a 1950 Vacashunette camper, not nearly as nice and comfortable as our 2005 Safari but might be fun for the weekend and I know people will fall in love with the 55 Chevy Cameo Truck, I can't wait to her back home.

Hey Allan ..... maybe I can talk Debbie into driving the Karmann Ghia up too, the time of year would be perfect for a little drive in the Ghia with the top down wouldn't it. Looking forward to the rallyand seeing everyone again and meeting more.

if I could find a way to bring my 78 911sc along it would be a blast. But I am holding out for a "tail of the dragon" run sometime soon

I will bring the guitar, amp, PA and mics of course. Maybe my new to me Les Paul this time.

This looks like too much fun to miss! We would like to join y'all. We have a 2007 Classic, nothing to compare to the vintage ones, but we'd like to join y'all and see what your rally is all about. Do you have any suggestions for an open spot? We'll try to make a reservation tomorrow.

We have been to one forums rally, in Destin. It was great!
Impromptu, no meetings, good folks, all there to have fun.

We don't have a vintage either so you won't be alone. There are other recent newer unnits though I do think it would be fun to have a vintage.

Check out the C's...there may be a site left.
We are arriving on Thurs. Some others coming then too. See you there.

Hey flantiquer, check out page 12 of this thread to see the campground map and what sites people have reserved. Everyone is all over the place - with lakefront probably being the most desirable. There are a few posts after page 12 from other people coming and their sites, the map just needs to be updated. There are also other people who are non-Airstreamers who will have reserved sites. An idea - PM Ike T and Roadtoaster to see if they are still coming - they have indicated the possibility that they may not. If they don't come maybe you can deal with them for their sites. Glad you're coming. We're just down the road in Panama City Beach. We went to the Springstream last year and really enjoyed ourselves.
