'Springstream' Rally N. Ga 2009

Glen, I hate to see you and Ruth not be there. If you do an April thing, please post something about it.

Right now it looks like I can do a May 15 date for the Springstream.

My crew will not be able to be there either! That is graduation weekend here at school and I will have to work all weekend long! Bummer, but short of dying, that is one of the weekends I have to work. Ya'll have fun and we'll see you at the Falluminum!

It sure is hard picking a weekend that most all can attend.
I was shooting for the April dates, but they just don't work with the way the holidays come out this year and all..
So, hopefully we will still have a good group for May 15.
If not....I am not sure what else to do that will fit most people schedules.

A public apology to GEVEN, who gently reminded me in private that I was pleasantly confused.

Glen is married to Julie and drives a Funeral Coach.

Geven is married to Ruth and drives a B-van towing a Caravel.

I really do know better. Like I said, I was confused.

Blame it on the work! The stress of working 12 hour shifts plus refurbishing an 1956 Sovereign will get you every time!

For those that are looking to camp in April, there is a rally in KY April 16 - 19 at Natural Bridge. DOGWOODS & BLUEGRASS – Kentucky Rally!

We just went to Natural Bridge this summer. If you go, be sure to see FoamHenge! haha! They have a great safari park, too.

Just noticed that you revised the poll dates. Given the flavor of the repsonses maybe you'll have more yea's to the June dates. Thanks for doing the work nobody appreciates.

Very welcome. I expect some will be unhappy no matter what date is picked. I will be there anyway, whatever one is decided....I will contact the park about event conflicts too.

"It's Not Really A Rally Rally"

and see what happens.

This all started with 7 of us...maybe it will be that way again?? Hopefully not, though there are a lot more choices these days.
All we need are Airstreams, Feathercraft boats, kayaks, a pile of firewood, some musicians, a bunch of kids, lots of dogs, and.........plenty of food and drink.
