Hey flantiquer, check out page 12 of this thread to see the campground map and what sites people have reserved. Everyone is all over the place - with lakefront probably being the most desirable. There are a few posts after page 12 from other people coming and their sites, the map just needs to be updated. There are also other people who are non-Airstreamers who will have reserved sites. An idea - PM Ike T and Roadtoaster to see if they are still coming - they have indicated the possibility that they may not. If they don't come maybe you can deal with them for their sites. Glad you're coming. We're just down the road in Panama City Beach. We went to the Springstream last year and really enjoyed ourselves.
Well, the Not Really A Band Band's most devoted groupie is very upset! Tinley has been asking, no demanding!, to go camping for the past 2 weeks. I think she has missed the rally being in April this time! And, unfortunately there is no way I can get out of work for this one. So, please, please, please, from a 3 year old's heart, please have the rally in April next year!!! She has promised to be good!

Kathy, just name the weekend and I'll bring my crew and we'll have a mini-rally! We went to Tallulah Gorge for Spring Break earlier this month and had a blast. Of course, Friday of that week we almost got blasted by the weather, but the rest of the week was great. I'm ready any time.

Well, the Not Really A Band Band's most devoted groupie is very upset! Tinley has been asking, no demanding!, to go camping for the past 2 weeks. I think she has missed the rally being in April this time! And, unfortunately there is no way I can get out of work for this one. So, please, please, please, from a 3 year old's heart, please have the rally in April next year!!! She has promised to be good!

I second that! Please have it in April next year! The one week in May after Mother's Day is the only week of every year that we can't go. I've been following the thread. I hate that we'll miss it this time. We haven't been camping since the Disney Rally and are going through withdrawal. The Springstream event has alway been our favorite. I've even tried to figure out a way to make it for one night on the way back but won't be coming through Georgia till Sunday afternoon.
On a different note, my friend Kurt has just completed building a teardrop from scratch and is wanting to take it on a maiden voyage. I'm trying to talk him into bringing it there to Springstream next month. He's concerned that he won't fit in with the other campers but I assured him that he would be the talk of the town (or park). If he ends up making it, please welcome him in since he will not know anyone there.

-we all started out not knowing any of the people..it made no difference. We still don't know everyone who shows up!
-There have been many other types of campers, trailers, motorhomes, old ones, new ones.. and even some who have come with no camper, because they wanted to learn about the various types available to them..
So tell him not to be shy & come on out!!
