Hope you can make it....if not we are doing the Asheville area in mid June....probably try for the Cascade Lake area recommended above.

We might like to try Cascade Lake-do you know when you are going? We use to live about 3 miles from there and miss it!

I think we will go on June 12. That is the plan, although no reservations made yet.

My buddy Lanny is going to pull his 1955 Wally B. Holiday up for the weekend, I think my 1955 Cameo will be out of the shop by then so maybe I will pull my new toy up with it a 1950 Vacashunette camper, not nearly as nice and comfortable as our 2005 Safari but might be fun for the weekend and I know people will fall in love with the 55 Chevy Cameo Truck, I can't wait to her back home.

Hey Allan ..... maybe I can talk Debbie into driving the Karmann Ghia up too, the time of year would be perfect for a little drive in the Ghia with the top down wouldn't it. Looking forward to the rallyand seeing everyone again and meeting more.

if I could find a way to bring my 78 911sc along it would be a blast. But I am holding out for a "tail of the dragon" run sometime soon

I will bring the guitar, amp, PA and mics of course. Maybe my new to me Les Paul this time.

This looks like too much fun to miss! We would like to join y'all. We have a 2007 Classic, nothing to compare to the vintage ones, but we'd like to join y'all and see what your rally is all about. Do you have any suggestions for an open spot? We'll try to make a reservation tomorrow.
