Springstream in N Georgia April 2017
We will host another in our annual ( 15 years) series of Rallys.
All campers are welcome. We are co-sponsored by Tin Can Tourists
America's oldest camping group
Vintage or new, anyone is welcome.
This years event will be at ;
Riverbend Campground in Hiawassee, GA
Located on the Hiawassee River this campground has excellent facilities and should make our weekend even more enjoyable.
Come enjoy a relaxed no rules, no fees , no dues weekend. Only pay for your site.

Hello Everyone,
We'll be looking at the 2017 calendar soon to see if we can fit this date into our plans. Hope so, it looks like a neat location and will be fun to try something new.
If we are able to attend I'd like to suggest the group continue the idea of a meet & greet on Friday evening - maybe even something on Thursday evening for those who arrive early. I'll be happy to help with that if we are able to attend.

thanks guys for your support. I just can't seem to give it up. We had a very nice Friday evening meet and greet, and I am pretty sure Shan and I will be Thursday as well, its our Spring Break week.
The later April event is a whole different thing. Once I get there it will be two days of satisfying my automobile, camper and motorcycle bug.

I spoke with the park manager just now. Because of the many school systems on Spring break this same week..we have to book a 3 night minimum. You can choose to come in Thursday or stay Sunday. whatever works.
The park will be full and reservations must be made by Feb 15 to guarantee a site.
We are in section C once full we will add in section A. The pavillion is reserved for our use.. Please mention the Georgia Airstream Campers group when you call

Section C is no sewer hookups. Can't do that. I guess when I make my reservations I won't tell them I'm with tnis group so I can get full hookups.

-we are ok with no sewage hook up, just call and select a nearby area you like.
gghayes ;; just call the park and mention our group. Any where you pick a spot is ok, but we will be in C and A mostly. Unless all those sell out then they will start on the next nearest area...

Reserved site C5, I think!!! Also, included in the price, is pump-outs for certain sites on certain days. Ask for clarification when making a reservation.
