From my Sovereign. It had just been reupholstered a few weeks before the wreck. It got wet but that was all, and I was able to get it free by crawling under the busted roof. Thankfully!

I installed the black rub rail I had put on the Sovereign...and came up 90" short.. one section is lacking this trim. Talk about frustrating!
Hopefully someone out there will have some extra left over from a project that I can get, I don't think they sell smaller amounts, although I am going to check it out.

We have enough left over from the Argosy to take care of 90".

I assume this is the 1" since you mentioned rub rail.
There is also left overs of the 1/2".

But... will we make it??

I can't get the solid surface guy to show up and make a template for the new countertop.

Last week on the cutting room floor.
Today, stained and installed base waiting for template maker.

Last minute painting finished for CanOpener.
Looks like last minute kitchen upgrade for Springstream.

WOW Martin,,,Thats awesome,,,I have two smaller pieces but even with them added together they do not make the 90" section. Phew!
I do have the smaller insert beltline molding, but not sure how much I am lacking, as I still am waiting to get thes striping andthe aluminum extruded part cleaned up before. I will measure and see what I have.
I am bringing some flea market items to the Sat morning get together.

Anyone else going to be uo before Friday? We will be there Wed.

We are attending the Springstream rally for the first time and we are new Airstream owners.
To who may be keeping track of the dinner contributions, we are bringing a cheese ball for the wine tasting, bacon for the brunch and a baked bean dish for the potluck.
We look forward to meeting all of you.

Jean and I are hoping to arrive Thursday. Waiting till the last minute to get the trailer ready since we still have some six foot snowbanks here.

Hello Frank and Reba,

Welcome to the Airstream world! I hope you enjoy your Airstream for many years to come. A large part of enjoying our Airstream is camping in a group environment. We've participated in Springstream and Falluminum a couple times - there is plenty to do or you can just take it easy. We're looking forward to seeing you there.

Sad situation

Hi all:

Kelly and I are going to have to drop out of Springstream this year so our space will become available. I have a client in town for that weekend and my work schedule is going to prevent us from coming to the rally. If anyone would like a spot for another trailer, please PM me and we will work it out with the fairgrounds.

We will miss all of you but I am sure we will make it in the fall.

Mario

We'll be contributing a Caesar salad and potato salad for the potluck dinner.
For the brunch I think it would be appropriate for us to contribute some Canadian maple syrup.

I actually made some progress on my blue stripe ugly. I got new pinstriping tape to go over the body of the stripe area, and have used Aircraft stripper and a stripping pad and steel wool to get the paint off the molding trim aluminum.
It already is looking better, but I have at least 60' of molding to do yet....
