Hello All,

Once again we have sold our Airstream (of course we are looking for another one). We cannot make it in April, but have site A44 booked. If anyone needs a site please let me know. You can take my site or transfer it to another site. We cannot get our money back.

Guess we will continue the gift swappy thing,,,it is fun. The Kaes crew is bringing their PA and gear so we can have live music again this year...
I don't usually put up a food list as it works out but will if wanted.

Checklist for new (to me) trailer

New A/C shroud - check
New vents - check
Top sealed - check
New fridge - check
Washed - check

Replace spring and pull down strap in curbside awning - Sunday
Replace door lock assembly - Sunday

Then Tommy can go turkey hunting and I'll go camping!

I am really bummed that we have to miss Springstream this year but Debbie is in a wedding and it looks like I have to be present too much to my displeasure. Oh well I can't always have it my way I guess :-(

Debbie just told me we don't really have much to do that Saturday (till the actual wedding @ nite) and since the wedding is in Clayton, GA why didn't I drive over .... so if the exterior of the 59 Caravanner is finished then maybe I will pull it up and over for folks to see, the interior is gutted but she's being polished right now and starting to look great. I will see how things work out and show up with her if possible.

I hope it works out Alan, we really wish we weren't missing the rally this spring, but can't make them all I guess, but they are always so much fun and it's great to see so many great people in one spot ... not to mention all those Airstreams :-)

2.25 to 2.5 hours John. 120 +/- miles of mostly two lane roads.

I gave it a lot of thought, then decided a trip to Rome would cut into toooo much Springstream fun. So I'm headed to Rome this Saturday. About 300 miles each way.
That way I can focus on the fun stuff at the rally. Counting down the daze.
