Great time for a spring Rally at Pismo State Park North Beach Campground.
May 15th - 17th 2014.
This weekend coincides with the Vintage Trailer Rally held at Pismo Coast Village RV Resort which is right next door to the State Park.

Lots of camp sites still available; sorry no hook-ups. All campers welcome. Reservations can be made on Reserve America's website.

Campsite Map V2 - PISMO SB, CA - ReserveAmerica - [CA]

Local attractions:
Winery's, restaurants, fishing, bike riding, beach
also close to San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay
and don't forget the vintage trailer rally next door, open house is on Saturday.

We're in! This happens to be one of our favorite campgrounds, and we LOVE the vintage rally at Pismo Coast Village!
We'll be there Thursday-Sunday, site #31.

Oh bummer....I've always wanted to go to this except our daughter is graduating from college that weekend and we'll be in SoCal but a bit further South.... and minus the Airstream

Suzzeee. No worries I believe they do this vintage trailer rally every year and we plan on doing this again. So there should be plenty of opportunities in the future and congratulations on the graduation I'm sure you're very proud. Cris

Hi im looking at the map for the campground and its all tent icons..just want to make sure im looking at the correct place..North Beach Campground? Also do they have both pull through and back in? doesnt say on the site and Reserve America has no idea.

All of the 36 foot sites are pull throughs.
Make sure you're looking at North Beach, and choose RV sites for your search.
I see 28 sites available as of today.

Friday would be great, were coming a day early just to hang out. I put the dates for the nights we were staying. Were headed out on Sunday so we booked through Saturday night the 17th. Hope you can make it? Cris

We've booked site NB 69, nearest to the beach for Friday and Saturday nights.

We have another Airstream trip planned for the following weekend. If it proves to be too tricky for us to get away two weekends in a row, we'll post here and let people know that our space is going to open up.

It looks like a great spot, a great group, and not too far a drive, so I'm hoping it will all work out.

Looking at the campsite with google satellite gives a great view of the campsites.

I did this as all the usual sites we like were booked. One caveat is that they have done a fair bit of tree trimming/removal over the past while. You may end up slightly less "private" than google shows if that's a concern.

I wouldn't mind if they've trimmed around #69. The Airstream screens us from the road and fewer trees might mean more view of the ocean and sunsets.

Sunsets are amazing, and the sound of the tide will lull you to sleep. But you will have to go for a very short walk up the dunes through some Eucalyptus trees to view the beach. We often take our chairs up so we can sit and watch the sun set over the ocean

This has quickly become our favorite campground. Far less crowded than most, but still within walking distance to downtown Pismo. It's a great place to bring your bicycles, and a walking path goes right along the side of the park.

There will also be 5 or so Aistreams from the WBCCI Central Coast unit staying in North Beach, very fun people!

This is looking to be a very shiny event, awesome

Glad to hear about the dunes. That will make it possible to sit outside the trailer in the late evening without being blinded by the setting sun. I'm looking forward to a bit of beach time.
