There are actually two pages. There's the Rally Page which I build myself and there's the Web Gallery page which is totally automated. Once folks upload photos to the Web Gallery I will select some of the best and update the Rally Page.

Thanks Soldiermedic and Air Hamel for uploading all those great photos. Check out the Website because it's getting better by the hour.

Hey gang! We made it home Monday at 9:30pm. Stopped in Hartsville, MO to visit my mom. Thanks to Steve for saving us by playing Santa going through our roof to unlock our Trailer Saturday. Sorry everyong didn't get to see the inside. I have photos I will try and send to TinLoaf so he can post. I have to go to Wal-mart to download to CD as my home computer is very old. James and I had a great time and ate way to much food, I think I gained 5lbs over the weekend. Loved seeing all the Branson gang and meeting new people. Hope we all can get together in Branson in October. I can't wait to buy me some flags to hang from my new flag holder I won for the Spirit award. Now it is time for me to work to make some more money for the next trip.

Every one of you folks rock!! Ya'll know how to organize a good size group function, didn't worry about the nit-pic concerns and instead focused on meetin' & greetin' and having fun. And to me, that's what Airstreaming and Airstream folks are all about. Congratulations to you all -

Thanks Jim,

This is the 3rd rally that I have put together, and it is always a chore, but worth it for all the fun we have. You should make it to Branson the third weekend in October...Jaxon came up from Austin last year.

Well, we made it back minus a plexiglass window. I guess that one has decided to be replaced. It was a great weekend and we learned so much about our trailer. We got a couple of ideas we will be doing in the near future. Thanks to all for being so friendly and helpful. And to all for the incredible food. We enjoyed the entire weekend, and look forward to the next chance we get to go to a rally.

more rally pictures

I added pictures we took at the rally, to Steve's Midwest Streamers rally page. Can't figure out how to add captions but most of them are self-explanatory, and the others, well you know who you are! I figured out just by accident how to load more than one at a time, so I'm grateful to have just gotten them all on there!

Hey gang....We are in need of so serious help removing the tub from the rear bath of our 1976' 31' Sovereign. We need to repair some plumbing under the tub.

We bought an expensive tool that fits in the drain and accepts a socket wrench. We sprayed the drain with wd40, let it sit for a couple of days in hopes of making the removal easier.

BIG PROBLEM! When we tried to remove the drain (chrome ring with a + in the bottom) it broke! It now spins but is not loose. Now what!? We are in the middle of a remodel and have all the walls out so I guess that's a plus but how the freak do you remove the darn thing NOW!?

We hope to have all the waterline repairs finished this weekend so any help would be great.
I couldn't remember Lairds forum handle to IM him so i thought I would post here as well as on the repair forum.

Thank you in advance

I had the same issue when removing the drains from my sink. You have two options....either you could cut the drain PVC and when reinstalling it just use a coupler. It would at least enable you to remove the bathtub and get the drain out when its completely accessible. You can cut the PVC with a rope saw. Another option is to use a Dremel with a cutting wheel and cut the drain from the inside out. Once again...after you get the tub completely removed you can get the drain out of it. Just some options.

photos of last weekend

Is there some way we can view the photos from last weekend on this thread? We cannot seem to get them from the one that is setup. We have a Mac and it keeps telling us that whatever that program is and Safari are not compatible. Of course it could be user error! That is me not Dan.

Thanks for your help.

Marty

P.S. The couple who joined us Sat. evening got hooked on Airstream. I found one on Craigslist in Bunker Hill, IL. I don't think the guy who had it for sale (a independent car/rv/motorcycle/whatever shop) knew that Airstreams were worth. He bought it at an auction near Chicago and was selling it for $6800. It's a 1998 30 classic excella 1000. Evidently it had come unhitched and the front panel under the window was damaged. That is the worst damage, the rest is very minor. Dale bought it and before we left with it, 2 guys for Indiana were there to look at it. We are trying to see if they can come to Branson in Oct. Now we just have to find them a tv.

???

Marty,

I would recommend clicking on the Apple in the upper left corner of the screen and then clicking "Software Update." This will make sure you have the latest version of Safari and you should have no problem viewing the web galleries. After all, they were made on a Mac.

There are over 200 photos in the gallery. Here are a select few.
