Just a Note or 2

We're on our last couple of legs before we get back to Sacramento!..we're in Needles, back in CA at the Desert RV Campround..sunny here compared to Tucson, where we ran into some brrrrrish nites and snow..I'm actually able to get good wifi here..so I'll post some thoughts as much as I can:

Just wanted to mention what a fabulous time Steve and I had at the 29 Palms Rally seeing and getting together with all of the members, families, guests and pets
Thnx and big kudos to Milo, for all his hard work in setting up the event
Thnx also:
To: Ron and Debbie for the Friday nite Happy Hour/margarita ball 'le piece de resistance'!!
To: Richard and Jan for the fabulous Fire Dancer that helped to keep our 'buns' toasty!!
To: Bill thnx for bringing your big coffee pot to share coffee on those cold mornings
To: ALL THE MEMBERS WHO PARTICIPATED IN SHARING IN THE SATURDAY MINI BREAKFAST OF GREAT DELECTIBLE MORNING TREATS AND COFFEE.
To: Debra, Karen, Linda, Caterina, and Laurel for the super fun time had on the trip to Joshua Tree
To: Kevin and Ron for securing the room for the Grand Potluck, which was great in that we didn't have to dine in the cold outside on Saturday evening
To: ALL THE MEMBERS WHO BROUGHT THEIR WONDERFUL AND SO DELICIOUS APPETIZERS, SALADS, MEATS, PASTAS, AND DESSERT DISHES TO SHARE AT THE POTLUCK!!!!
To: Kip and Monica for the Happy Hour and the tour of their ultra modern black and white w/mirrors A/S..
To: Laurel for bringing her much loved and adored fruitcake that Steve is still munching on as I write..and also for her setting me straight on my ocd regarding my black, red, and hot pink knit gloves that I kept losing and finding and claiming!!!
To: John and Dianne for their margarita ball backup and also to Dianne who's expertise in the fine art of negotiating led me to my first successfull find of an antique wooden milkbox as well as my flamingo blanket that I can proudly display on the next tour of A/S es at the next rally in Cassini
To: Debbie and Ron, it will be complimented by the cute flamingo towel I received, thnx much!!!
To: Kristiana, hope you were able to find some adapters!!!
To: Kevin, for being one in a million, generous w/his fine gift of words and thoughts as well as his llight sticks and Fresh Scent treats.
To: Steve and Jan, Mike and Rosemary, for our mini rally in good ole Bakersfield and our get together and caravanning to 29 Palms..a stop at Wal-Mart (a caravan w/out a stop at Wal-Mart just would not be a good thing) to get a new heater, electric mattresses, and a sweatshirt for Ben, as well as a McD treat)

Looking forward to the Cassini Ranch and much more fun meeting and greeting you all as well as new faces at the Rally..

Is there a prize for the last one to get back from the Rally?

We arrived home on Monday (sans Motorhome - which we left in Redding for some brake work). We're still digging out (figuratively) and trying to get oriented. Next week we're off to Puyallup.
