Thanks Jonathan for pointing out the water running out of my trailer ! Otherwise it may have emptied my whole tank in there.

Chris,

How did your waterline break? Was it a copper line???? Pex??? That is a horrible story. Did water run under the floor to the insulation "diaper"???? I guess we need to know so we can avoid whatever problem you had! Glad you were able to make a temporary fix! Ok, now we need to know what emergency stuff to keep onboard for this kind of thing!

Steph,

Brave woman! The coals getting the right temp is a pain sometimes. I had the same trouble at Silver Falls. I like to use those chimney starters for the coals. Gets them going quickly and usually fairly evenly... But it is extra stuff to bring along... Ummmmm, Peach cobbler sounds yummy.... wish we had been able to be there.

Recently went to San Francisco, it was lovely there, but way too hot everywhere else and the air conditioner quit in our car.... so we travelled early in the morn....

We pencilled in the last weekend in Oct. for Beverly Beach! Hope to see all of you there!
