RALLY Organizing Help/Question
Does anyone have a guide or some other publication that they use to nurture a good Rally. I am thinking along the lines of a project management approach to "cultivating" rallies, in such a way that another host may take over a rally someone else may have done in the past with a seamless transition of tasks from one to the other.
Essentially there may be a "portfolio" created for a premiere type rally with contacts (primary,secondary, etc), a site checklist. tools to manage financials etc. If so, could you please share?
