RALLY Organizing Help/Question

Does anyone have a guide or some other publication that they use to nurture a good Rally. I am thinking along the lines of a project management approach to "cultivating" rallies, in such a way that another host may take over a rally someone else may have done in the past with a seamless transition of tasks from one to the other.

Essentially there may be a "portfolio" created for a premiere type rally with contacts (primary,secondary, etc), a site checklist. tools to manage financials etc. If so, could you please share?

many wb' regions/units have also produced 'how 2 have a rally' guidez.

the wb' guide is very detailed including issues like examples of the insurance coverage letter.

this stuff was ON the wb home website (not the forum site) might still be.

or contact the home office for paper versions.
