Had a great time and nice meeting lots of new friends. A special shout out to Barbie for starting the rally and also to the Drunkensloth for sharing his most wonderful homebrew! We got to see some condors and the High Peaks trail was awesome. I'm still carrying memories of that trail in my calves and thighs...lol! Here's a couple of pics...

Air streamers & thanks
My husband and I would like to thank the kind people who took two wanna-be's under their wings and showed us their trailers. Airstream owners are the nicest people, and we look forward to joining you someday.

Sounds like you all had a great time. I'm really sorry to miss the event. I even thought of driving up from Arizona, but I'm grounded with a torn calf muscle. Maybe next year?

Awesome weekend - so great to hang out with everyone!! Airstreamers rock!! Sloths...your beer was really good!! Barbie - awesome job organizing this!!
Okay - so I had "too much fun" and now I can't remember who asked me about what So for anyone who wanted info on the "martini" lights we have in our trailer - we got them from Imtra Marine Products - Marine Systems and Solutions (they are under reading lights) - super cool yacht lighting place!
They come in the brown we have and also white and blue.
Also - the amazing "glamping" quilt was made by our very own Mrs. Mod -- find her info here: The Adoline House by TheAdolineHouse on Etsy
See everyone at 3 Rivers!!

Wonderful Rally~!
Many thanks to Barbie for the coordination, to the sloths for the tasty beer and to Road Geezer for inviting us to the impromptu afterglow on Sunday evening. We had a wonderful time meeting more of you and getting to know people we have met a bit better. I'm posting a few pictures here but I saw many other people with much more 'spensive cameras than mine so I expect to see some really good pictures on the thread soon! - Brad Maggie and Billy

What a great weekend! Thank you all for showing up and making it great!
And thanks to Lianne for encouragement and support, and to everyone who made the potluck happen while the hostess was playing hooky up on the mountain.
Here's what we were up to:
Stairs and bits of light inside the talus cave on the Bear Creek Cave trail:
Bart taking in the view from the heights:
Some of the stairs to the "little bit more" that gets you to where the condors might be seen:
The top of the hill where we sat for a moment to eat a snack and get over our disappointment of seeing no condors:
The condor that flew overhead as soon as we sat down, and the others that kept us on the top much longer than we'd planned:
Meanwhile, back at camp:

And dinner was magical. Thanks to ASWifey for the solar jar lights (I am so stealing that idea!) and to all who carried tables (was it 8 or was it 9?), conjured table clothes, brought food and shared conversation and laughter. There are so many people I didn't get to have conversations with this year. Maybe next year?

Barbie, thank you for putting together this rally! A great location that once again brings Airstreamer's from the North & South
I know Lianne had a influence on all this
This makes for an ideal rally location and time to become an annual event.
We had great time with those that we haven't seen in a number of years as well as some new faces to meet!
Those that can make any of the up coming rally's should consider attending
Happy Streamin',
Jeff

Susan and I had a great time. Thanks for putting the rally together Barb.
We've had our AS for a year this week, have gone on 6 rallies and towed 8,000 miles. Pinnacles was near the top of the list of our good times on the road.
That was Bart and Barb arriving back from their High Peaks Trek. Cris the spelunker in the Bear Gulch cave. Susan and the JRTs at the old ranch.

.....and of course there were the very entertaining turkeys in camp every morning and evening. The potluck was great and thanks Gary for the fine draught.
Hope we can do this again next year.

Thanks for sharing the wonderful pics Brad, Barbie and John. I particularly like the one of Barbie and Bart after the hike. They looked like I felt after doing the same hike! Wouldn't trade that experience for anything...

Thanks, Barbie, for coming up with this great rally location!!! It was wonderful to meet some of the SoCal group and visit with NorCal friends, as well. We left this morning, just as the raindrops began to fall....but, we all know the land, the plants, and the critters need it.
Next stop....Casini.

Did anyone forget two green folding camp chairs? We had two left in our camp after the Sunday night gathering. I have them and will bring them to Casini.
