Here I am sitting here at work, having lunch, it is 2330 hours and I cannot think of a place I would rather be than at the coast with you folks. I couldnt get out of work this go around, we can only have one gone at a time and that was not me! I will be thinking about all of you while I am south of Heppner in the Umatilla NF next week. Just hope I don't have to put the chains on to get back out of there!

We'll catch you next time........I think it's going to be an excellent rally despite the weather forecast.......after all it's the people that make the rally...not the weather! I'm kinda looking forward to some rain here in the NW......it's been too dry up here! And I think we have the rain covered with Gary and Janet's setup.......they're incredible! We will post lots of pics to keep you posted!

We'll probably arrive around 1pm......not packed yet (how many clothes do you need for a weekend rally when it's raining? I figure rain coat, 1 pr of jeans, sweaters, change of undies and a good rain hat.........a true Oregonian!), but I have all the food ready!
Thanks for a great weekend. Janet and Gary worked overtime to prepare for this. We weren't there last year, but I'm told it doubled in size this year. Guests from Seattle to California and east to Chicago.

Janet and Gary really pulled it all together for this one! We had a great time, even though we were only there Thurs through Sat morning. It was a LOT bigger than last year - it was great to meet all the forum folks I hadn't met before, and visit with the others I hadn't seen for a while. I even got in some impromptu guitar lessons Great fun!
A major thank you to Janet and Gary for a lot of work, time, and organizational efforts - this was well done. I'm pleased to have met a bunch of other Trailer Trash and wish all of you well on the road.
We hit the window of decent weather quite well - this PM 60 mph winds and serious rain is coming toward Beverly Beach CG.

We just arrived home safe and sound and wish there was another round of great food waiting for us.....alas we will have to eat cold Apple Crisp and Beer for dinner. Will have pictures up in a bit. Thanks for the great food, fun and laughter. It was a fantastic weekend being with you all. And a special thanks to Gary and Janet, they cook on the guitar and at the grill!
