as our past get togethers, we usually have a buffet style everyone shar a dish thing on Saturday evening. Nothing required, bring whatever you would like to share. Grills will be hot and beer ( not allowed in the park of course) will be cold.
Also any questions or info you need or techniques, favorite products, etc you want to share about with the group relating to the Trailers and Motorhomes is always appreciated.
Hoping for a great fall like weekend.

McKinney is outside Atlanta, right off I-75 north of town, at Lake Allatoona. It is one of a number of Corps Parks on this nice lake. Most close after Oct 1, but this one stays open yr round. Great place to get away. We will be in the middle strip not too far from the gate and lake area.
Check out the web site mentioned above in this thread.Reservations are necessary for two night, although you might get a spot if you pop in.

Which site does everyone have? We have site 75. The usual crew will be coming, plus another family that just bought a new SOB that wants to stay with us. I'm trying to see what is still available in our area.

Hi everybody,

Although we just got back from a four day weekend at Topsail Hills I couldn't resist this trip. We just signed up for site 71. We've got an 8 year old girl and a 6 year old boy that enjoy making new friends in case anyone is bringing kids or grandkids.

ha! i'm thinking the same thing, man... should i tow it with no interior panels in it, though? hmmmm....

I will be next door with my 13 yr old son, and little terrier/pekinese mix dog.
If the weather is anything like today is, it will be an awesome weekend.

we like all to come and bring what they have in whatever condition it is in if they can get it there! Its a learning experience for all.
Hopefully the weather wil be as it is now, incredible.
Tropical storm Wilma might pose a problem, but then we have lucked out on all our other get togethers.
Anyone seen the Mars view in the early morning? From N. Georgia its awesome.
