well kids...
there are 6 or 7? trailers here now.
we are grillin' steaks and taters at steve's tonight. most of the wine is still in bottles,
and we are still wearing clothes...

Brake controller is working fine now and I knew the quick fix next time. We are about 140 miles from Branson. Parked overnight just south of Joplin MO in OK. Looks like the trip from Albuquerque will be about 950 miles instead of 1050.
2Air - Glad to see you will be there. Looking forward to seeing other from Moraine View Rally - Jack, Steve & Mike.

ok, only collin got buck naked last night...
others were tempted.
the steaks were mighty fine, so 2 the 'taters and wine.
our new friend from austin texas brought the drums and gentleman jack...
i'm not sure which is pounding in my head today

I will do the honors of first post for the day....of course, you all knew I would be up earlier than anyone else. Gene..you seem SOOOOO suprized about 2Air being here  . We'll settle that later.
We grilled choice cut steaks last night since my old neighbor on base shipped out to Germany and left about $200 worth of steaks. We sat at the Pavillion which is lighted, spacious, and large enough for the entire group. They also have several 110v outlets on the pavillion. Campsites have a 4 way hook up, so brink a coaxial cable to get 40 plus channels.
2Air and Artstream went through a majority of the bottle of Shiraz Reserve I brought, and Jaxon combined with 2Air drank an entire bottle of Gentleman Jack.....an oxymoron that 2Air would be drinking that!
We then sutup the propane portable fire on Alumatube's site between Artstream and us, and talked until people got tired. 10:30 for some (Not sayin who), and later for the rest of us.
The weather was very cool this morning, but it will likely warm in the afternoon like it did yesterday. Unlike some scoundrels....errr people, I have to come down to the South park locale to use internet while he hits in his palace responding.
FYI...when you arrive, jull into the north park, and walk down the hill to the lodge. Once done there, we can get you backed in to your spot (For a fee ).

By the way for all you football fans...
We are bringing a large TV to hook up outside our trailer for a good afternoon and evening of NCAA Football for those of you interested...however, I will be taking possesion of the remote at 6:45 when the Hogs take the field against the Auburn Tigers...I know it will be during the Chili Cookoff, but I will just have to run back and forth between commercials!

Not to be stupid (although I do it well) but we have to bring our own coax in order to hook up to cable? How long of a run? We haven't had the pleasure of a cable hook up yet.

OK...I just made it in again. Fun Fun Fun as more and more coaches have shown up, and 2air is wearing less and less clothing. The man just can't hold his liquor.
Anussia, check your email...I would call and get a spot.
Berk....Bring a coaxial cable...length depends on how close you can back her in to your hookups. I have a 15 foot cable, and I am using 3 feet of it.
CHILI COMPETITORS...It is never too late to enter. I will provide your sample cups to you, and a non participant will deliver them to the judges to make it a blind competition
