We had a blast! 3 days of sun at the OR coast seemed unlikely.. but how nice that it turned out to be the case. Those raccoons were fierce - I think they have been taking taking lessons from the ones at Beverly Beach.
Anyone missing a cute green plastic fruit bowl? I have it....

OK Lee but you have to remember that Irene takes the pictures.
How about some shiny aluminum.

Here's what campers seem to do best. Also a pic of me and the boss on the beach.
Am I off the hook now Lee?

I don't know. You did post to the other thread first.
You did post twice here so I guess you're off the hook. Thanks for sharing.

It's not personal Lee it's just that our AS friends in the UK are going to bed now and the folks here are just now getting home from work. I try to keep everybody happy.

We had a great time and just 10 miles from home. To let everyone know what a wonderful weekend weather wise it was, it started raining Sunday around 2pm with both rain and wind. Today, cold, rain and hail.
It was so much fun meeting people we only know from the forum, putting faces to the names, and catching up with good friends.
See you down the road.

We keep hearing people mention Area 33 - what/when is that? Is it an upcoming rally?
Thanks,

Got home about 2:30pm today. Weather cleared today and we had no rain for the departure duties.
Had a great trip, great weather, fabulous food and plenty of terrific people. Enjoyed meeting with those we met at the Steens, and meeting many new.
Thanks for all the pictures being posted. They are fun and helpful remembering the new people we've met.
To Steph, sorry we didn't get to meet you. but thanks so much for starting this rally.
To Janet and Gary, you guys are great. Perfect hosts. And the eggs were perfect.
Another to Janet, thanks for returning our sink cutting board. Totally forgot I had taken it to the potluck.

Somewhere along the way Donna lost a pair of spoons but I figure it just lightens the load in the trailer

UNBELIEVABLE! I was coming home from Lincoln City yesterday & saw a vintage Airstream in the Otis Cafe parking lot -- nearly wrecked my truck making a sharp left turn off Highway 18.
But got to meet the delightful Rauches (sp?) -- we have similar tastes & styles when it comes to trailers & camping. Luckily, they missed 2 dainty hailstorms a couple of hours later, when they were probably safely home in Silverton.
I was so happy to meet some Airstreamers out here.

By the way, just a comment. We met many wonderful people at this event. We were wiped out even before we got there so our memories there and now are not the clearest. I know folks would come up and introduce themselves and we'd have a hard time placing them from the Forums. Even more so now that we are at home and catching up on our rest.
So for those we finally met, thank you so much for taking the time to introduce yourselves. If we seemed a tad tired, well, we were. We traveled down with a group of wild and crazy folks who are a ton of fun but they kept us hopping down the highways and byways to get there on time.
And for those we missed, next time for sure.

Thanks Steph for suggesting a place to get together, sorry you and Dave couldn't camp. Good to seed you two for the evening though. Kudos to Janet, Gary and all the other that contributed to the food court. Yum, yum.
I had a great time ! Saw some new faces and re-connected with old friends. Marcia had a great time as well. She has lived in Oregon all her life and never been to the area.
I was really good to get away and really hard to go back to work.
Here are a couple pics I took. I didn't take many pictures this time.
