i don't get it anymore...the thread ain't gonna move until it moves to Casini, & I'm not moving this evening anyway: time for some 12 year old rum. Maybe some food first so the rum is slow & steady through the evening, like the rain.

dear neil,

i'm here. stopped by because it's getting close to April. some reason i don't get email notifications of thread posts anymore. maybe i am in arears on my dues like DG. haha

i was thinking casini might wash away if we keep getting this relentless rain. i hope the sun appears soon! how's the snow? is the trailer buried by now?

good to see DG's ramblings. always good for a chuckle! and i wonder what toy he will bring to casini. hmmm...

wishing the ray family my best.

see you soon.

OK I guess I should jump in here...DG sure miss you. Those new meds are awesome! hOW ABOUT A Little Trailer Park Troubador gossip...I did a concert with them in St. Helena and had to set up the green room... M&M's no blue ones, Mountain Dew, pepsi, fruit juice, and some really personal stuff I really shouldn't disclose...I restored a 63 Shasta with wings for a photo shoot with him and Tommy Smothers at a Davis Gig as well. I love these guys. Really genuine folk. I'll bring more of their music but sure most have heard of them! Sure love Toby Keith's TrailerHood as well. So can I get a hey, a flame and a tripwire thumbs up? We should have a great time rain or shine. Haven't sold the Alumalounge yet but am only bringing the caravel this time. The bar stayed open too late for me but have the alcohol remnants of Jackson a few years back that I will bring to the puddle!
(HOw am I doing? boring but at least showing up to the party...) Hey Stan where's a little of your humor?

I Inspected the brakes last rain break. Need new magnets or I'm just going to replace the whole drum assembly. I found the magnets at Inland, but I can replace the whole thing for a few drops more<--rain hummer Any ways, when the rain stops flooding my mud hole of a back yard. I'll bring the AS back out and take her shoes off again. What I really bummed about is , not being able to polish. buuiuuummmmerrrr

I also still need to fix a leak I discovered from last year. I don't mind rain on the out side, but on the inside too. It's a tight fit know with two adults and two kids. Oh, can't forget about mans best friend.

Robert'
I did my brakes last year. I replaced the whole backing plate assy. for only a few $$ more you get all new non rusted parts. hey, who knows how well rusted brake springs work?? anyone.
It's a no brainer when safety is involved. not that you really need brakes, When I was pullin alone I did a test. unplugged the trailer from the burb at the summit of Donner on 80 and pulled down to sac using 45 mph on steep sections and minimal braking. no problems at all. BUT I stayed away from everyone else, kind of just followed a few semi's on the steep sections. well that all changed when Linda Lu (note spelling here John) started riding shotgun.
I had a few leaks also, they got drugs for that stuff.
Hey Cliff-- those Trader Joe crackers are tasty, good with split pea soup.and Brie and greek yogurt.
I'm off to get the hovercraft operational today. that thing is a total blast, it don't have brakes either but it goes forwards backwards! not a typo.
Dan- me toys?

20 more days to go....

and no more mention of snow....

Its time to start packin! Im going over my favorite meatloaf recipe and getting my summer clothes ready for Casini (since there will be no rain). Love the idea of strolling between happy hour locations... What about those afternoon trailer tours? I heard Neils will accomodate 16 people? I want to see that!
I vote for moving Roberts trailer to another location (by hand) whilst he is consuming beverages on friday nite.. That should be fun to watch.
Let see.. Im bringing my flags but since there will be no wind I can show you what they look like with pictures..

John has everything sorted out now so it's time Rally!!!! Where is everyone?

Now Karin.. Thats not the direction we're taking this thread. We are going with the summer theme. Now we all know that you are the queen of obscure pictures but you need to find something that will support the positive thoughts of 70*+ days with no rain

Vinnie, Geeze, I didn't get the "pretend it's summer, my roof ain't leakin', rainbows and unicorns" memo. I will have to do this in small increments.

How's this for a start?
Cheers! Karin, Queen of Obscure Photos
