Some little updates; Cam has arrived....said something about hail. Not sure. I forgot to turn my h-aids back on after helping, Lynn.
No rain today but the expected winds. Thursday it is suppose to rain good. I suppose I could hold an unbrella for those sett'n up. A welcome duty I guess.
I noticed a yellow and red hellicopter landing on a rise across from the store. I strolled over that way and a Casini staffer said the chopper is involved in a movie shoot on the river. It had to quit because it began to get foggy. Not so here but might be towards the coast....as I have mentioned it is windy...?

That's a AS350D ASTAR that landed out there in the field. , registered to National Helicopter Service & Engineering Co. out of Van Nuys. It's registered as an Experimental, must done some stuff to it.got a Lycoming LTS 101 600A Turbo-shaft. 600 horsepower. must be fun to fly.how would I know that?

Yeah, sad that you couldn't be with us. But a new job opportunity can't be ignored especially these days. I followed your recent journey to Ontario, Canada to pick up your Safari back and meeting up with your friend from England in Chicago. You sound like a very positive and adaptive person and would fit in with this fun crowd. We have many new faces joining us this time at Casini and they as we are looking forward to getting to know each other. Someday you will be with us.......and that promise of an IN N OUT burger is still good.

Started prep for the pot luck potato/mac, and made a new batch of prescribed cat food: he gets duck breast & green pea pureed together, then add some custom vitamins, minerals, etc.
I still need to select a few more bottles of wine, clean up after installing a new stereo head unit, and drive up in the rain. Neil's photos provide even more incentive to get GOING on the road. Unless that Agusta is available for a short trip.
Failing that, maybe I can get a Terrfugia for a toad.

Mother nature does not want us to rally!!! Sadly a late storm has chain controls over the donner summit blocking our travel to Cassini ranch. Sadly, We will have to miss this event.
