Wow, you guys already have a pot luck list! Guess redwoodguy and I better get busy thinking of something to bring....

We love bocce ball so count us in for that! Hmm I wonder if we still have that croquet set in the garage. If we do, I'll add it to the pile to bring. Anyone know if there is a big field to set up the course?

In 'the old rally days' there was always saved leftovers for the leftover campers.....the one that stayed an extra day or two. BUT the last few rallies the food has been so GOOD that nothing was left. In fact if you were late to the Pot Luck the really good entres were GONE!

Miss a few days and the Potluck lst is a page long.. Sigh.. Am I the only one thinking this is 3 months away still? Or is it "only 3 months to go.."?

Thats a good point Neil.

If folks are still considering what to bring.. we are usually a little lite on main course dishes. After a full day of paddling and bocce these boys get hungry

Were they the ones that had fallen to the ground and a dog was licking them? If so you saved a dogs life!

Pidget, there are probably several fairly level grass areas big enough for bocce. If none are available set the game up on one of the roads.

Hi - We're considering joining the rally too! I'll check with Casini Ranch tomorrow and see what's still available. We might go for one of the river front locations - any recommendations? Thanks, Corinne

When it comes to the riverfront sites I'm partial to 4A-B, but they're already booked for the rally dates Next best would be 9-20+/- (the photos below are looking in/out of #11. If you must have water&electric your next best bets 2,62,67... Mind you most of above are more river view-ish. If you can go dry or bring generator & covet a little space/privacy sites like 36 or 46B-47 may be for you? Hope that helps?

Thanks for the ideas! I might drive out to Casini this week and make a reservation in person.

If anyone knows of a good mechanic in the Napa Valley / Sonoma County area, please let me know. We need the systems checked out before we head out for Spring camping!
Thanks again - Corinne
