Oh, so now Vinnie has pulled his SHRIMP card. How cruel...and after several years of scrumptious grilled shrimp at our pot-lucks he presents us with his Rancheria grilled 'meat loaf' . Lynn and I are still resisting the increasing rates there. Perhaps Casini is 'in line' somewhat with other RV park rates but we are having a problem with the 'airline fee' mentality. And now senior discounts only 'Sunday thru Thursday'.....give me a break ....please. The rates of other sites that do not offer full hook-ups save just a few bucks! We enjoy this group and lookit all the newbies. We prefer several nites stay now that we have the luxury of retirement time but cannot justify the rates beyond the 3 nights we'd prefer..... Shrimp, huh .

Jeff, webspinner is in 147 and Sunshine is in 148. The Casini Campground map shows only 6 sites along that row, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147 and 148.

@Glenritas: I noticed something VERY important missing from your Tradewind: it's a pretty long drag from Shasta and those round rubber things will help a lot! [/QUOTE]

Oh that, its the Hover Conversion pkg. even comes with an extra Flux Capacitor. Now if could get the DeLoran to pull it to 88 m.p.h. and get my generator to put out 1.1 jigawatts we'd be there in no time

Great to see this thread off to a rocketing start. $50 buck a night yikes. I'll guess we'll just have to pony up the cash to see all of you. Will keep ya posted on my site.

Pic was taken at Jackson Rally.

Well.... Haven't heard back from Casini to confirm our site. However, I did have receive confirmation that they charged my credit card. Hope to hear something from them soon... because I don't want to miss out on Vinnie's shrimp!

Rates there are a little high but considering I will be headed to Laguna Seca for the Sea Otter Classic (bicycle racing) the next week and it's $90/ night for water/electrical for four days. Stayed in the parking stall sites last year for $70/night. What a bargin! Normally this county park has reasonable rates if an event is not happening.

Looking forward to making a week of fun at Casini and Laguna Seca!

Haven't heard from Casini yet, but called and yesterday was the day off for the res. lady. triterra sounds like you have a great trip planned with Laguna Seca and all, but ya the rates are getting a bit high. We are the event at casini, not like Laguna
Hope we get a site in the full hook up cause I'm spoiled, might have to do the ritzi water front and pay xtra for the "special service"
