Lets not rush to much Jeff. 2015 is way to far away.

One day may not be enough.... You were pretty busy, as I recall!

I made it home ok. Although I stopped at Walmart to make a sandwich then just before I pulled out I noticed my electrical umbilical was still draped over the top of the tanks. Never plugged it in!

Funny, never noticed not having trailer brakes.

Nothing like towing a light vintage trailer with a 3/4 truck!

Funny how 100 Airstreamers at Casini let me drive off that way.

We were too busy waving with one hand and holding a beverage in the other hand!

Next Year

I think Jeff was already working on Airslide's being MIA. Think I heard something about "pulling your own weight".

We just got home after an un-eventful 8.5 hour drive (just the way we like them). Let me add my thanks to Jeff for another great rally to all that have preceded me. This rally really is growing thanks to all of Jeff's hard work.

Next year we will be in site 63 next to Doorgunner and Nancy. We will arrive Friday and depart Tuesday morning. I am sure there will never be a dull moment camping next to DG and Nancy. We always have such a great time with everyone at these rallies!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone who can make it to Jackson and meeting all the new folks who will be there.

Serious issue: Vinnie said he is already booked for that weekend in 2014 and will not attend, so we will need a 2nd string shrimpie supplier.

It will porbably take at least 2 people, along with Paul's continued help.

I don't think Vinnie is replaceable; he and Cindy are a phenomenon unto themselves.

I sure hope they can stop by for a hello at least.

We really had a great time at Casini and on Bodega Bay. We have the same site at Casini again #146 Fri-Sun. I just can't believe Vinnie and Cindy won't be there!!!!! We hope everyone had a good trip home. Sorry Neil had problems.

Shoulda took the Olds

Emergency camping in a Walmart parking lot creates a messy trailer. We arrived home 2 days past the 'supplies' we packed for. The Olds I believe is smirking at us from the garage.

Jeff...somewhere in our now very messy trailer (emergency 2 night Walmart camping does that!) there is a record of our site and length of stay. Off the top of my head, that's not all that's left my head, I think we're in #141, wed. to Tuesday. We were among the last to hear of the early ressie opportunity so to site we wanted was taken.....BUT I betcha there will be a few changes by next Spring.

I don't carry replacement batteries in my rig...plus, I don't have Vinnie's span of knowledge. I was only suggesting that maybe we can provide a (poor) substitute for the shrimpies.
