AllRIGHT!!!

This is shaping up to be a good party!!

We reserved a two bedroom cabin for that weekend at the lake. I don't know how far from the campground the cabins are, but we have a freezer...and I hesitate to say this, but if it rains...a place to hang out together, but Uwe's trailer is so much more intimate and cozy...

Who's got the Margarita ball? I have leftover fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice from a 'rita party we just had here.

I don't mean to be a tequila snob, but I can't drink anything "gold"...I'll be happy to bring down some top shelf stuff to minimize hangover effects...I prefer to think of myself as "getting delicate" rather than "picky"...

I don't really have anything I'm specifically signed up for, so I'll wait until the event gets closer and bring what's still needed.

This is going to be sooooo fun!! Can we sing "Schnitzelbank?" and "Mein Hut Er Hat Drei Ecken?" We can lock arms and rock back and forth, and Lake San Antonio will ban us forever.

Toys

BigDee,

I am bringing our Tandem Kayak and 2 Mountain bikes, for us and anyone else to use. The Lake is just big enough to get a nice workout with the Kayak. And the surrounding area makes for great mountain biking, or hiking.
Pictures on the way!

ok!

I'll bring my mountain bike too. Uwe, we can take off if they start doing the Chicken Dance.

I'll also bring my boots for hiking and my GPS for geocaching...anyone up to join me?

Love the kayak idea...

Uwe,

I would love to take you up on the chance to paddle your kayak. Someday I may want to add a kayak for our travels and would like to get some experience with one before I buy or build one.

My father built me a small canoe to take along with our AS on trips. It's only 12 feet long and weighs 40 pounds. We will pick it up in Massachusetts next year.

Mine is sort of clumsy, like the school bus of Kayaks. But it is stable and safe, even for beginners. Since it is a tandem, it does take 2 to paddle it.

Im Muenchen steht ein Hofbrau Haus, Eins Zwei Zuffe..

Ingrid-

Dianne will have the Margarita Ball with her at all times, and you are welcome to bring your favorite ingredient to go with our mix and salt supply...

Big Dee - I can only think of version of line from Jaws movie... We're gonna need a bigger table....

We may need to encourage people to bring folding chairs and tables, in case the campground at San Antonio doesn't have enough movable picnic tables to accommodate dinner for 75+ people.. We're in for a couple card tables, and a pair of folding bicycles...

generous snob that I am

I'm a fan of the shaken version of margaritas. The frozen ones give me brain freezes. I'll bring my fancy schmancy stuff and share generously.

We have some folding tables, we'll throw them in the truck too.

We have two other trips planned before this rally and this is the only one I can think about!! Too much fun!!

Welcome!

Big Dee and I will just carry your trailer in it's spot after, say, 15 min, how's that?
