There is a link to the park and you can find additional information and maps of the campgrounds at other web sites that you could find via Google. Here is one: http://areas.wildernet.com/pages/are...MOLA&CU_ID=157.
I have camped there before. It is a very nice rural campground with many shade trees. Full hookups. You will come through the south gate, and then follow the park's road for a mile or so, then Redondo Vista is to the right, opposite the turnoff to the boat ramp.
The sites are terraced into a mild slope, not all sites are very level. Restrooms and showers are close by. When I was there a few years ago, the hookups were good. Water, sewer and electricity were excellent.
We're going to check out our '78 31' Sovereign this weekend and with the help of Coastalview, hopefully will be towing it home. This is our first airstream and we intend to have it all ready for this rally, which will be our first of many.
As this 31' trailer is much larger than my current 18' Aliner, I'm hoping this park has some nice wide spaces and there is no extra charge for backing over hedges, trees, picnic benches, etc.

Good Luck with your Sovereign. I hope it pans out for you.
The campground has plenty of space to maneuver a large trailer. Many of the sites looked like they could easily accomodate a 31' or 34'
The Road to the campground is another story, though. Coming from Paso Robles, there are quite a few steep hills and switchbacks. A nice drive, just must take it slow. The route from the North might be easier.
Hope you can make it to the Rally.
WOW!!! Everytime I look at the rally calendar, it's longer. Amazing. I wonder how legitimate it is since few of them have actually posted here to confirm. But I think it's safe to say that this will be the biggest NorCal rally ever! And we still have 2 months to go. Amazing!
I guess its time to start the potluck list. The purpose of the list is to let people know what dishes we are planning so we don't repeat dishes. It also creates a menu for the big dinner and that always excites me. haha.

Plan on rallying with us.
I suspect everyone on list and more will show.. This is gonna be a great weekend! We're in for large green salad, and since I don't see the Str8strm's yet from SoCal (LA County might be on fire that weekend..) Dianne will also bring her beloved Margarita Ball/Pump and fixin's to supply Margarita's during happy hour....

I'm such a dork I didn't even know where Lake San Antonio is until I saw this thread. I am going to try to make it with husband and daughter. Maybe a couple of extra kids too. We're gonna stay in a motel in King City I guess, unless someone has a better idea? Besides finish the Airstream in two months?
Blame it on Uwe that I heard about this!
Oh, and I'll eat whatever I'm told to.

Ingridork,
Try Lake Nacimiento for lodging. It's much closer, and more scenic than King City. ( Not that there's anything wrong with King City)
You might find a whole condo for cheap that time of year.
