Did you see the thread today about Michelle rolling her rig gives me the jeepers.
Hey Tim (aka "Trouble")! Who rolled their rig? Can you link us to the thread?
I wonder if we all have collective nightmares about this sort of thing? Which reminds me, how are the Condoluminums doing? That was a freakish tire blowout incident, John and Diane. We were just ahead of you guys on 101 North sitting in that traffic mess. Next time we should caravan home as far as we can to insure some roadside assistance.
Thanks for all kind thoughts... Virtual Karma points here really worked, as we coasted to stop on exit ramp of 101 freeway with RV park less than a mile away.. The Condo spent a night there unoccupied, and I drove back down to reinstall tire and tow it home this afternoon (another 180 mile round trip...). Remaining 3 new tires should be installed by end of week...
Photo's of rally redundant, but shot of tire might be good reminder for all those who'd like to squeeze another year out of tires with good tread.. Not sure if we hit something or it just blew up without provocation, but we're thankful for good suspension and double axles... Night shot without flash also looked nice...

Kevbo brings up a valid point. We should listen to him. We really have to you know. Because its really hard to ignore a seven foot cowboy with a perfectly displayed trailer.

.....and perfectly pressed Cowboy attire!
Definitely, let's do this again, soon.
Oh yeah ,hey doorgunner thanks for the (it won't be loud ) demonstration.
My eyes have settled back to normal now. Id get the barrel polished up ,try
some light vegetable oil on those taters then let er go !!probably get another
100 yards .
Just got home for tonight, and maybe tomorrow... then off to the Beverly Beach Rally! Haven't even had time to get through much of the new posts, but have to say thanks to everyone! Don and I had a great time. Very relaxing! So fun to meet everyone.
Sorry several folks had little tragedies... hope we didn't start it with our rear axle bearing on our truck and the eventual brake lining failture... and the many new parts we got in Hollister before the rally! But, the important thing is everyone seems to be okay.
Will post more later once we get a chance to read new posts and view your pics, etc. Just thanks everyone for a great time! Can't wait to do it again!

Hello Everyone!!! Just got home about 6:00 tonight. That was a fabulous rally. My repeating complaint is how fast the weekend goes. I mean wow blink and its gone. But thats because time flies when you're having fun. There was so much that i still wanted to say and do.
Those of of us that were lucky enough to stick around on Sunday had another mini potluck and fire. It was a slow, quiet way to wind up the rally. I took my time packing today and it was clear sailing home. Glad i didn't have to deal with that traffic that everyone got stuck in on Sunday.
Just wanted to check in and will post more tomorrow.

WOW! All I can say John is I am glad it worked out, in a matter of speaking, good and I am getting new tires this spring! Just a bummer way to end the rally though. Glad that torsion axle worked so well too.
And a huge thanks to you and Dianne again for that wonderful shirt. You guys are always spoiling me. Love you two!
