Don't forget to stock up on Two Buck Chuck at Trader Joes. Have you seen the new upscale Four Buck wine there called Trellis?
You're talking to Mr. two buck chuck junkie here....I live off the stuff, literally.
A bottle a day keeps the oncologist away....isn't that how it goes?
Anyways, I will try the four buck, definitely. Nice Sunday wine...
Prosperity Red at TJ,s is a nice daily sip-- test fired the spud gun today, tried different propellants, hairspray, wd 40, pam grill cleaner , carburator cleaner and the winner was starting fluid. you will not believe this thing! Looking like a great time, I was also thinking of bringing some samples of honeycomb aluminum and foam core carbon fiber panels and some of the tools assosciated with working with these materials , if anyone is interested. Tim

Hi Tim,
Are you goin' to launch that over the Lake?..it'll be like fireworks in the sky????
That's a good idea! Kinda has a special noise when she blows the tater out, mild recoil.Think this will be an adult only toy, don't want to lead the young ones in the wrong direction! I think with a little fine tuning should be able to get at least 800 feet distance. So bring your spuds and propellant= I
ll have the release of liability forms waiting. Tim
What a fun group! Looks like we will be busy on Saturday with spud launching and stealth plane flying. And the kids will have their own activities as well, cool.
To the early arrivals- lets shoot for loop B or loop C. Sounds like we will have the whole place to ourselves just about.

Come rally with us.
If anyone of you are interested, how about setting up some games to play in the afternoons? I have Scrabble, Checkers, Uno, Playing Cards..we could play inside/or outside at tables..if you have these games and others, perhaps you could bring them..
We have an Apple HiFi (great sound) that accepts iPods of various vintages. We could bring it along with my 4gb iPod Nano that has a collection of rock, jazz, classical, and folk. Perhaps it might be fun for others to bring iPods with their favorite playlists. Or, how about having everyone pick a few selections from a master list, create a rally playlist, and then put the iPod into shuffle mode and enjoy what pops up.
Also, I could load my iPod with oldies-but-goodies VAP podcasts that we could play throughout the day. Any suggestions as to which ones I should load? Tim, are there any in particular that you thing might have the most appeal to our rally group?

Thanks Mike. I really wish I was able to go!
A couple of good ones are Episode 8 when we *interviewed* Wally himself. It also has a great vintage audio pieice, Talk of theTown at the end.
Episode 9 When we talked with Rich Luhr and family about fulltiming is a good one.
Since you'll have Uwe there, you can play his Weekend Warrior show Episode 17. He can point out all the great stuff on his trailer that he talks about on the show.
