Ok KevBo is coming as the 7' Cowboy! (Unless he wants to surprise us incognito????
Some more fun ideas since there'll be so many, and also for the Kiddie's enjoyment...I propose that we have a little costume contest and 'Parade' around the grounds for the Kids and don't forget about the Pets! What a Community!
Debs and 'Ollie'

O.K. Here's the results so far. I did not bother to PM those of you who have multi-posted their intentions so consider yourself counted.
We have 26 confirmed and 1 hopeful.
I have not heard from 10 others as yet.
More details as they come in on the wire.
Nice job, Murray! Just like I thought, around 25. Still the biggest rally ever. Cool!
Why don't you send me the names and I'll post that list as the rally list with the potluck list.

Great report, Kevbo! I know the sites will be spread out but it will be fun to take social walks through the loops. Can't wait to see all the shiny aluminum!

Do the members usually stay in the large group area, or are they spread out due to personal preferences and/or first come, first serve basis?

We will NOT be camping in the group loop (E). We will be in either B or C loops, first-come first-serve selection. The sites are spread out in general but not too much, really like any state park. Also, as I remember, bring your leveling blocks!!!

Hello rally folks,
I'd like to stop by and visit on my way down to SB that weekend. We've just purchased a new Safari (del. in Dec.) and are feeling a little green, to say the least. I'll be travelling without my A/S family (husband and 3 small dogs) but would love to check out our "future". Anyone want to show a newbie around for about a half-hour or so? Sounds like a great group, and I'd be happy to bring a dish to contribute.
Thanks,
Janetb
Sure, JanetB, stop in and I'm sure you won't be lacking in opinions, advice, and good cheer. We got our Airstream last December too. It certainly didn't take too long to get the feel of living in aluminium. Just get out there and do it!!

We should be there Thursday mid-afternoon. We plan on leaving the OC by 10:00AM, to beat morning traffic through Los Angeles going North. I will get everything ready by Wednesday night, so that all we have to do is the obligatory Trader Joe's supply stop....
