All this talk about tekillya!! How about a smooth glass of
pinot or maybee some energy captured zin. Cab for dinner, and a glass of pinot grigio to go with your afternoon pears and havarti. Was scrounging around yesterday and found almost all the parts necessary to make a high power "spud gun". Thatel keep some one happy, free for all to use just bring your own potatoes and propellant ( hairspray, right guard spray etc, ) Tim

Condoluminum, learning is a lifelong endeavor. I'm only too happy to help. As you probably can see.

And by all means, bring the wine! Grapes were my favorite fruit before I discovered agave!!

I hear marshmallow guns are still legal...? Hurt less too.

"Spud Gun ... For Moi?"

Oh Boy! Now we're talkin! A girl couldn't be any happier and Yup, I have lot's of hairspray propellant...I find that 'Aqua Net' does the best job for poppin those Dude's outta da tube! Also, for John McG's benefit I think that a nice article can be had by comparing Tim's high tech flight toys with the
homemade Spud Gun technology...That'll work...

Lets see if I have this right...

Takillya + Spudgun + stealth airplane = Target practice. Am I the only one seeing this? May be best if the plane lands before the takillya inspires us.

This is starting to get close to home - I live in Templeton, just south of Paso Robles/Lake San Antonio. I hope you haven't lost any targeting skills. Just to be safe, make your target runs to the north of the lake.

I can't go camping at the rally, but may be able to take a quick partial day-trip. What is the protocol for doing this? I've read about "rally crashers", don't want to offend anyone, just check out all the folks with their rigs. And maybe launch a spud.

I can't speak for all, but would definitely welcome you if you want to visit.
If you want to partake in the dinner, simply bring a dish, like everybody else.
You will likely have to pay the day use fee at the entrance to the park.

Thank You. I'm not sure when/if I can get up there due to fire season, but would love to. I'd like to see some of the "veteran" users of this site, and some of the trailers that I'm almost feeling like I know here.

By the end of October fire season will be over or winding down. See you there.

People being offended by rally crashers? How ridiculous. At NorCal rallies, we love rally crashers. As matter of fact, 2 rally crashers at Luguna Seca went out and bought their own and Cam has been at every rally since. And rally crashers are welcome to the big dinner. Don't even worry about a dish as there is always too much food anyways. I would also say it looks like the beverage end will be well covered as well (margarita balls, wine boxes, and octberfest beer- wow).

I agree with the "no such thing as a rally crasher" idea. Why not encourage people who weren't able to plan ahead (for whatever reason) to just come when they can. As long as everyone is paying for their own camp site who cares? The more the merrier! There is always enough food and most people bring something to share anyway. Has there really ever been an actual serial rally crasher? I seriously doubt if an Airstream owner would drive all the way to a rally just to score a free meal!

Late arrival

Just FYI, we won't be arriving until pretty late Friday. I'm a night owl though, and after my husband and kid(s) go to bed, I'll come to the rally site!
