originally we had 14 to start, I was able to get this increased to 20, 18 have signed up for early arrival.
Trying to finagle this whole reservation thing is a pain, because JRRV is so busy.So we'll just have to see if anyone might have to move once in order to arrive early.

In the event that we "sell out" the 33 sites,

We will use the worthless "maybe" area in the RSVP page, just imagine the "maybe" to mean "standby", first come first serve.
This way should any one cancel we can draw from that "maybe list"
I'm once again working with mods to try to improve the rsvp page, they are trying, my thanks to their efforts!

Hopefully everyone will be able to attend, if for some reason someone must cancel, that would leave a spot open, which would become available to the first person on the standby list. Should there be no one on the standby list I WILL REASSIGN, the person at the end of the sites into the canceled site. This will keep any sob's from infiltrating our party!!
Not that I have a problem with sob owners- matter of fact if you remember I invited some to the campfire - the fact that one was a former MARINE First Sargent had nothing to do with it, really.

FYI-- just got this today from Jackson management.




Sites aren’t a guarantee, It just depends on if there is someone in that site prior to your arrivals, etc, since we sell out. Most likely won’t be a problem, just don’t hold us to it. So make sure your group knows it is just a request and not a guarantee.

DG doesn't need any suggestions on how to deal with JRRV. he's got it under control. don't worry your pretty little heads. the only thing you need to worry about is what day to show up. if you don't get your requested site, it's all good because all the sites are great. and JRRV will treat us right, guaranteed.
