I will comment on the beer consumption quota. There will be a required "minimum" consumption, but the maximum is not specified. But does Rangpur count as a substitute? What about beer that has traveled a long way to reach us, does that count more? And what is the difference between drinking Coors light and having sex near the lake? I will likely have to tell you at the rally, cause of censorship issues.

Will there be a lottery for next years rally?
The odds of you winning are slim, so I would say no
Has anyone inquired about space availability for oct 2011?
Now would be a good time.
Yes, I'm attempting to add additional sites
Do red numbers need to be duct taped over to attend?
Only for those that would be embarrassed!
Will there be a bikini party again this year?
Being operated and performed by the local senior center... your on your own if you want tickets
Are all these sites back ins?
Not necessarily, you could nose in and leave your rear end out
Will there be a required quota for daily beer consumption?
Only a penalty if you don't drink the minimum
Do permits need to be obtained for dent removal services?
If the work costs exceed a dollar
Do permits need to be pulled for dent installation services?
A plan review will be required prior to a demo permit
now that my check is in the mail I have questions that require response.
I haven't seen a check yet... what snail should I be looking for?
Is there a response team? Are they qualified? What are their hours of operation?
Yes/No/ limited hours due to no pay
May we have fun anytime or only during response team hours
Anytime fun is permissible, just check for moderators before posting

look for the snail that has been walking into the wind for the last 4 days.probably slowed him/her down. forget not the aerodynamic shape of the shell (low reynolds #) and the shortness of "leg length" (extremely long waisted) and formulate an opinion worthy of submitting to the complaint dept.
have your 44 cents ready for postage due as I'm experimenting with high profile delivery systems tracing thru the "naked envelope" clause of my contract.

DG,
My goodness, you can definitely tell Jack has never had a coors (by the lake or anywhere). How in the world is he ever gonna get out of everything he has done up to now?
I guess I will raise a coors to Jack and wish him well. (Saw it on delay, since we drink coors we can't stay up that late.

KEN;
he's just gonna talk his way out of it all. I've been to the coors plant in golden colorado. that's why I do not drink their weasel wizz.go there , you'll stop drinking it.
I see Neil still has his "woody" hitched up to the teardrop. that's enough to make you stop drinking altogether.
Has my snail arrived yet Jeff?
