There aren't any fire pits at JRV...they don't allow the use of charcoal BBQ's as they don't want the hassle with having to deal with the ashes, hot coals dumped in the trash, etc...GAS BBQ's or grills only...

Hi all,
We'll after much talking with my better half, she has finally aggreed to come hang out at Jackson Ranchia.  I have sent Jeff a PM requesting site # 47. I usually don't like wishing the summer away so fast, but is it October yet?
I see on JR website they don't allow camp fires  . Does any one know if they allow propane fire pits?

Very cool. I'll have to bring mine then. Not as nice as that one, but still need fire when camping. Looking to seeing every one there.

I really enjoyed the pot luck and trying everybody's food. I have had buffet food and it is just not as good as the fare from Saturday night at Casini's. Plus I looked at the pictures from last year and the food looks amazing.
Too bad about no fire pits. If we cannot cook in the fire that's cool, my oven works and I am going to make a fabulous dessert anyway! Yes, with chocolate!
