No piccys yet. Lynn and I were the first to arrive at noon. Warm....maybe borderline hot. But 'they say' it will be cool for the potluck....that figgers. Anyway Jeff and Tim( doorgunner) arrived shortly after. A little bit later whilst enjoying cold ones with Tim and LL Ken and Shanna whizzed by a-waving at us, man he can whup that tri-axle around the bends, as we raised our drinks to them. I then went for a nap...gotta rest up for the rest of you...so I wasn't privy to any more gossip.

Yeah, DALTON ROAD for me from Nevada. I was wondering that today. But the short cut from the north west end of Jackson, head off at Ridge Road I believe. That flyer doesn't show that.
Looks like my first day back to work from my little operation is Friday , but I think it'll just be Friday morning and hope to get there by dark.

Went To See The Girls . . .
at Cowgirl Creamery this evening.
We got to the Ferry Building a little past six o'clock. Man, we guess you have to get there super early. No Humboldt Fog or Gorgonzola! What?!!!! Yep, all gone.
But not to worry dairy obsessed campers! We picked up some Mimolette, Cowgirl Creamery Mount Tam and Red Hawk, cloth-bound Cabot Cheddar, Capri Classic Blue goat cheese and some other cheeses that we now have no idea what their names are. We also picked up some almonds, dates and grapes. The honey comb is already packed in the Airstream.
We'll shop for the rest of the fruit for the "Cheese and Fruit" plate tomorrow night and make the marinade for the achiote chicken with mango salsa for Saturday night's potluck.
We'll try and find time to wash Sweetpea, the Caravanner, and hitch her up. Hopefully we'll be at Jackson before dark.
Happy and safe travels everyone!

You will have a new altitude too. Your 'spot' it shaded by an SOB right now.

Hey look.... Proof of arrival! Thanks for the pictures Neil.. Glad to see that all you folks are getting along.
Hmmm. Looks an awful lot like an airstream in DG's spot.. actually it looks just like DG's airstream. What was all this banter about SOB's? Tell him I am bringing my tools so I can watch him work on the suburban.. lol..
see ya soon!

Your spot was plenty warm today....95 degrees when we rolled in at 1:30pm! Several of us even cranked on the AC until the sun went down. Not to worry, Vinnie....the BEER is cold!!!

More pictures. As Dee says....it's hot but the evenings are pleasant. It may be cooler for potluck time.

Is there a "must-arrive-by" time for the park? We gonna be late in arriving.

Tim,
We've been known to show up a little late. The last time we were at Jackson, two years ago, we arrived just before 10pm. The manager was about to leave for the evening. Two gentlemen from the rv park helped us at the entrance to confirm that our holding tanks were empty before we could pull into the park.
All in all, it was a friendly and efficient process.
We look forward to meeting you!
Happy and safe travels,

yoga! I thought your new thing was Zumba? I heard it helps with stretching of your stomach to fit more beer and shrimp.
