Hey gang. We need a little help before the rally. Our Georgie Boy MH was vandalized last night in the storage lot, and the knuckleheads knocked out the coach door glass in order to steal a torque wrench and a couple of breaker bars from the tool locker inside the coach.
Anyone know of a mobile RV tech that could replace the glass? I'd rather not drive it with a big hole in the door, and even though it is an SOB I am told clear plastic and duct tape are not an appropriate fix prior to the rally.
Also, just thankful the crime wasn't on our Argosy via one of the wing windows.

Tim, that sucks!
Ron's RV in Salinas or Alan's auto glass in Seaside. Probable easy enough to measure the opening and cut a new piece of glass with the original gasket. Possibly even some others that are mobile, let me look into it.

More airplane rides:
last night I was watching the new television show- "The Event". now that was some kind of jet plane ride. -here today, gone to Maui, crash in desert, escape burning wreckage, get murdered, get revived, what's next??
kind of like owning a old drainpipe.

OK, heater is all hooked up, fresh coolant poured back into the MOHO (anybody need about 3 gallons of old coolant?) so progress is being made.
I started her up and ran it for a half an hour - temp got up to 180, not enough to pressurize the system but enough to heat the little heat exchanger on the water heater. No leaks so far.....
Tomorrow, all pf the bathroom plumbing will be redone. Still waiting on the metal for the shower.

Remember.. pressure makes diamonds.. Just keep at it..
It wont be featured on HGTV this time.. so just get it on the road

For my Airstream kayak friends.
Just checked out the google maps 'driving' instructions to Hawaii. It actually tells you to travel to Washington State and KAYAK to Hawaii.  .

I'm bringing 80 degree weather with me on wednesday, and a few cold ones.a rocket and something else, can't remember what it is tho.
Neil-- are you suggesting that I paddle from the Great Northwest to Hawaii?? I'm smarter than that.. I'm the dealer this weekend on a kayak poker run down the American River from Sunrise to Watt, in case anyone want to view it from some secure satellite that Neil probably has access to, what with his son being on some Navy boat in some unsecured location.
maybe the evening wind will stay away this year.
I don't need no stinkin flag poles.
