Any updates to the site map since your last post on Oct. 1st? I would like to print the latest version before we head up Thursday evening after work.

Thanks Wagon Master,

Aistream rallying RANCHERIA STYLE.

Lynn and I cut out from home this afternoon. I had about half tank of gas that waa bought a week n a half ago....enough to us to get to Jackson. I wanted to use that up before that gas in the tank went up in price too. Gas here, reg, is 4.69 minus Dreamcatcher discount card it's 4.59. I noticed that the cheap gas in town, Jackson, is 4.59. I didn't notice what diesel is.

We felt it necesary as the unofficial Official Greeters we need to be here FIRST. Oh, the new restaurants at the casino are great. They have done one heck of job...the casino is new too.

So see you all real soon now.

Slammed my brakes to avoid getting hit and he pulled back at the last minute !

After that incident, I heard some weird sound coming out of the brakes and decided to take it over the C&G Trailer Service in Bellflower Ca. today, and had Rod take a look. Everything was good. just some of the desert sand went free onto the pad on the quick stop. Now Suni and I can go with peace of mind.

Was going to do a quick wash but with the possibility of rain, I figure the big cahuna will wash it for us.

Other then that, making the last run to Costco on Wednesday, fuel up (diesel), fresh water in tank, Refer's ready, and hook up with Bob and Sun Lee on Thursday!
Hi, glad to hear that your brakes are good. We just need to figure out where to meet up Thursday morning. We plan on leaving around 8:00 AM, after the trash truck comes by. Maybe we can meet in the dead end area of Los Coyotes Diagonal?

All this talk of rain reminds me of Casini a couple of years ago: we needed waders to get out and unhook a day early! The rest of you with those round shiny roofs will probably have less problem than us with Class A's and big flat roofing. Wunderground only says a 20% chance of rain but I'll bring an extra bottle of rum in case we get flooded in and can't leave.

1. If you need some spare gas I'll bring up a pot of beans. Linda Lu will probably let you sleep in the Burb.
2. "extra" rum means I'm bringing more than I plan to drink.

The best news I had all week: went out to the moho and the fuel guage (75 gal) said "F" (for full).

Dang, some of us still have to go to work. We'll be up there as early as we can on Friday.

I'll be bringing my spinning wheel and a string project to share (fun and easy), and hang out space under the awning for anyone who wants to bring a project or just hang out and yack.

Hi, I believe that you were at Jackson Rancheria last year, but we never got a chance to meet.

Chili is simmering; smell of chilis and smoked bacon hangs rich in the air. Looking forward to Friday! Large bottle of Patron is packed, too.

jackson newbies

well, we have worked like maniacs getting our little 69 caravel ready. We have had her for two weeks now. We are in pretty good shape. We have the electrical stuff working, the toilet working and the stove working. We have a bed! front end is still empty (no gaucho, table or chairs). But, good enough for the maiden voyage.

For the potluck, it looks as if another salad wouldn't hurt. So, we are bringing a broccoli salad. Sounds awful I know, but it is really is very yummy! I hope that that is ok with the potluck chair.

We will leave tomorrow am. We are so excited to meet everyone and all the airstreams!

Thanks so much Jeff for making all the arrangements!
