Happy All Hallows Eve! Had a nice turn out here. Plenty of fairy princesses and draculas. Guess my favorites were the 6 and 4 year old Mario and Luigi Brothers! Halloween is always a blast.

We've been so busy working on our little 1937 wooden boat (six weeks straight, with only two days off because it was pouring rain) that we haven't had a chance to reply to this thread before now. And we thought restoring Airstreams was expensive-silly us! We're seriously contemplating renaming her, "Debtors Prison".

Gemma called Casini about two weeks and left a message for reservations but no one ever called back and every time we remember to call again, it's too late in the evening to reach anyone in person.

We'll be there and hopefully we'll have a site number soon to make it official!

You two need a break from the boat ....be persistent, and get that reservation! I think we called mid-morning. It seems that all the full hook-up sites are gone, but some folks have started reserving the F sites.

The F sites are close together and in the open. I would recommend where doorgunner likes to go, sites 92 thru 98. They are much more private and nice. Late morning is best time to call.

I thought about the flooding- uh, Guernville and the Russian River flood somewhat regularly. If it's been raining for days and the forecast is for rain, that could be a problem, but it's not like the place floods in a flash. Don't those belly pans give the trailers a shallow draft?

I know this is a little off topic but I wanted to share a few pics of our new bundle of joy ( when sleeping ) This will be his first of many trips in the up coming season and we could not think of a better way to start off. We look forward to seeing every one soon.
