116 vs. River Road, I'd take River Road. 116 is great until you get closer to Gurneville where it gets narrow and twisty. I avoid it even in my small car.

You guys that are going early might try River's End in Jenner for cocktails or dinner or something Thursday night. It's right at the mouth of the river with a stunning view. It's all the way through the town to the north.

I'm so looking forward to this. Got absolutely nothing done I had hoped to on the Globetrotter, so it's like a big "before picture". See you there.

Peter

We live in Virginia City outside Reno, but my mom's house is in Cameron. It is near the lake and airpark. I know where Meder is, just around the corner, so-to-speak. We'll be rolling in there late on Thurs. as Tim has to work on Thurs. day.

With regards to the directions, I plotted our journey by google maps with those basic instructions. Did screen pics of the route. Worked great.

Looking forward to meeting you and seeing everyone.

Oh, yeah! The bow is rosined and the glasses are chilled.

You and Tim took that wonderful photo of me playing at the Lake San Antonio rally...

You sounded AMAZING! What a great time.

I only wish that I could have had that song 'Tarantula' playing in the background, hee, hee. Oh well, we'll get it on this coming Halloween!

I'm bringing extra champ and pom for mimosas. We'll be rolling in around noon-ish on Fri.

Yea!

Sorry to miss out on the fun... but we will try to make up for it next year!

SOBs in our midst?

Say has anyone taken the sites that Sequoiacoast (123)and CaddyGrn (148) won't be using? I know Asher had wanted full hook-ups...
Good sites.

Sorry we won't be seeing you after all, Don and Claudia--and Tanya and family!

Karin, we'll be there Thurs. early afternoon, and will bring some Corralitos sausage to grill and share for cocktail "hour".

Ready to go
We're all ready--everythings washed and we're all packed. Just have to load up the refridgerator and then we can be off.
Have a project to do tomorrow and a brief run thru on Monday
We're like small children just chomping at the bit
Hurry hurry hurry. We can't wait to get there and relax.
Lynn.

Tiffany, our daughter is asking us to take some additional 'stuff.' She is excited as we are sure the 'boys' are too. They bought their first tent this winter and she says it's a 2 room job and it is "shiny" Do you suppose it's silver? She bought a margi ball also so I think she is hooked. They have staked out site #99.
Neil.
